1. Debes tener a la mano 2 copias de soporte (en físico) que justifiquen el
viaje. Una para dejarla a la empresa de transporte en taquilla y la otra por si
se pide el soporte en el transcurso o después del viaje.
2. La prestación del servicio está sujeto a la ocupación mínima del 50% del

6. Las personas que tomen el servicio deberán contar con tapabocas, gel
desinfectante o alcohol, y aceptar someterse a todos los protocolos de
salubridad realizados en el punto de partida.
7. La empresa puede reservarse el derecho de abordar a quien presente
síntomas de COVID-19.
8. No puedes VIAJAR sólo con el E-VOUCHER. Para canjear tu tiquete de
viaje, debes presentar tu Documento de Identidad 60 minutos antes de la
salida de bus.
9. Si eres menor de edad y viajas sin tus padres, necesitas una carta notarial
firmada por uno de tus padres.
10. Preséntate al menos 60 MINUTOS ANTES de la salida del bus al terminal
para entregar tu equipaje.
11. Por disposición del Gobierno Nacional, para el transporte de ciudadanos
extranjeros, deben identificarse con Pasaporte legal y vigente, permiso de
permanencia, según sea el caso.
12. El tiquete es PERSONAL E INTRANSFERIBLE, válido para la fecha y hora
de viaje. Deberás verificar tus datos en el tiquete.
13. Si tu equipaje excede el límite de peso (20 kilos en la mayoría de los
casos), es posible que tengas que hacer un PAGO ADICIONAL en la
taquilla de la empresa; esto dependerá de las políticas de la empresa de
transporte.
14. Después del pago, REDBUS no tiene NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD en
las características de los servicios de transporte que vas a usar
