Right and left sides are always referred to in relation to the travel direction.

1. Start the engine and raise the boom. Use support 9993831 to secure the boom.

2. Connect a vacuum pump to the hydraulic tank or drain the hydraulic oil from the tank.

3. Remove the front propeller shaft and the support bearing.

4. Install a connection block on the frame

5. Install the nipples on the right valve at port T and P. Remove the existing plug and install a test nipple at port M. Install
the right valve on the frame's right side.

Accumulators

7. Accumulators are delivered without charge pressure. They are to be charged with 3.0 MPa (435 psi) and 6.0 MPa (870
psi), respectively.
See the service manual or Acumulador de suspensión de la pluma, control y ajuste
Mark the accumulators' decal with the applicable charge pressure.

8. Install the brackets on the inside of the frame. Lift up the accumulators on the brackets. Weight 43 kg. Fasten the
accumulators with clamps. The decals must be visible.
The accumulator with charge pressure 6.0 MPa (870 psi) shall be placed on the frame's right inside.

25. Remove the plastic cover in front of the fuses in the electrical distribution box. Install relay RE8, part no. 20374662, in
the electrical distribution box.

27. Remove the vacuum pump or fill oil in the hydraulic tank

28. Install the propeller shaft with the support bearing.

29. Test-drive and check the function, and check that there are no leaks. Check the oil level in the hydraulic tank.

30. Install the cover plate in front of the control valve and other guards.

31. Enter equipment number 83191 on the machine card.
