Espero que estes muy bien,

Quisiera por favor solicitar tu colaboración para ayudarnos a validar la información

que nos solicitan en el correo anterior, según el equipo de SALTO, los datos que
tienen son correctos y estan en orden entonces nos piden verificar el cableado de
los equipos y que estos esten bien conectados al swicht, no sé si haya algun otro
proceso que podamos hacer de manera fisica para que el sistema funcioné.

Agradezco de antemano tu apoyo y quedo muy atenta.

Es correcto, los datos estan correctos, por lo que necesitaríamos se revisen de manera fisica el cableado o que estén bien
conectados en el switch esos equipos.

Disculpen les han contestado sobre el inventario de oficinas por parte de IT?, nosotros levantamos el siguiente ticket pero no hemos
recibido respuesta.

Estamos realizando el comisionado del centro, sin embargo al momento de llegar

a las oficinas nos hemos topado que la informacion No esta sincronizada desde
TITAN, podrias apoyarnos de tu lado por favor para que agreguen el listado de
oficinas; por nuestro lado levantaremos el ticket a IWG para que nos apoyen.

Por otro lado, 4 IQ no se lograron agregar, esto podria ser por algun problema de
cableado o esten desconectados; si pueden ayudarme verificando que el led este
de color morado. Por nuestro lado verificaremos que el Activation Code este
correcto.
Finalmente Laura, puedes otorgarme el ID de un tag para asignartelo y puedas
comprobar que todo funciona correctamente al momento de terminar el

El día de ayer recibimos el listado de direcciones de cada uno de los

dispositivos instalados en el centro y se enviaron a nuestro equipo de soporte, los
cuales al momento deben haberlo enviado a los compañeros de Regus para que
puedan desbloquear las direcciones y podamos proceder nosotros con la
configuración.

Apenas tengamos la confirmación de Regus que esto haya sido ejecutado, les
haré saber.

Para comenzar con la puesta en marcha del sistema necesitamos que el

instalador nos envíe la información de cada una de las cerraduras y los IQ. Esto
es algo que nos entregarán hoy en la tarde, de igual forma, el está en copia en
este correo.
Una vez tengamos este archivo, se tomará la información de cada dispositivo y
se enviará a TI Regus para que ellos habiliten cada uno de estos puntos en su
sistema.

Una vez confirmada esta información de parte de ustedes se procede con la

creación de los equipos y la habilitación de cada una de las cerraduras.

Esperamos comenzar este proceso hoy con la información que nos envíe el
instalador.
