Es acerca de disminuir los metros cuadrados para una casa o
vivienda, en Colombia se presenta desde hace mas de 20 años
este tipo de viviendas, ya que se empezaron con la reducción de
espacios en apartamentos, y conjuntos residenciales, por la
cantidad de espacio disponible, y aumentar la cantidad de
propietarios, por lo cual se empezaron a disminuir los espacios en
cada espacio de la casa.
Las habitaciones ya no son tan grandes, solo necesitan un minio
de 2m x 2.5m mínimo, para una cama, un closet y un escritorio y
silla, los baños se han reducido a cerca de 1.5m a 2 metros, las
cocinas ahora son de máximo 3 metros de largo incluyendo la
estufa. Las salas o comedores de igual manera se han reducido
para aprovechar mas los espacios y usar fornitures mas
compactas y no tan extravagantes.
En varios países se han implementado estos cambios para
aprovechamiento de espacios y para aumentar la cantidad de
viviendas y personas que puedan tener su propio apto o casa,
además de que los costos de vida son cada vez mas grandes y
caros.
Casas o apartamentos mas pequeños son prácticos para máximo
3 personas, ya que solo tienen el espacio necesario para sus
necesidades, una habitación, una cocina, un comedor y un
espacio para lavar. Las casas grandes y antiguas tienen espacios
privados y espacios públicos, por este hecho son casas mucho
más grandes y espaciosas.
Además, gracias a la tecnología de hoy en día, no se requiere
mucho espacio para muchas necesidades del hogar, están los
electrodomésticos, los celulares, los PC, el internet, los TV planos
y muebles que ahorran espacio, que se transforman o entran uno
dentro de otro, como escritorios, camas, salas, comedores.
Para mi depende mucho de las necesidades que se tengan,
además de la cantidad de miembros de la familia, pero si prefiero
un apartamento que tenga divisiones y no un solo ambiente (loft)

En todo caso, los espacios para vivir son como el dicho, el que le
gusta le sabe, y lo más importante hoy en día, no es lo cache del
barrio, sino donde puedas encontrar y se adapte a tus
necesidades, para no terminar en la olla con los gastos de
servicios y arriendo. Solo por llevar “a bed of roses”. Es mejor
tener el sarten por el mango, con el trabajo que se tiene y los
gastos que se presenten.
