Muy buenas tardes a todos,

Decidí iniciar estas palabras enfocado en lo más importante para GBH, cada una de las personas aquí
presentes. Primero, expresando con una analogía como los veo, aunque pondrá un poco en evidencia mi
edad. Veo a GBH como Voltron.

Les ahorro el googleo a algunos o a muchos. Y les cuento que son unos muñequitos japoneses
protagonizado por 5 defensores de la galaxia, los cuales individualmente eran excepcionales, pero
juntos formaban una super estructura que era un robot inmenso prácticamente invencible. Cuando ese
se formaba, no había nada que pudiera contra él.

Lo mismo con GBH; todos ustedes de forma individual son brillantes, con valores admirables,
sumamente dedicados y apasionado por lo que hacen. Ahora bien…. Juntos, forman un Voltron de:
“Apaga y vámonos” o más bien de: “trabajo con ustedes y no miro para otro lado”, que es el sentimiento
que veo en los clientes que trato día a día.

Un Voltron que seguirá poniendo a RD más alto en nuestra industria, como un sitio donde se entrega
valor con calidad, pasión y cabeza.

Esta mega estructura que forman todos ustedes solo nos abre un camino para seguir creciendo y
cumpliendo el sueño de cada uno de nosotros de forma individual, pues todos tenemos aspiraciones
diferentes, pero en GBH nos preocupamos por entender cada de una de ellas y trabajar juntos para
conseguirlas.

Ni Voltron ni GBH son perfectos y están lejos de serlo, pero cada uno de los miembros que lo integran
aporta de una forma diferente en su fortaleza, haciéndonos más valioso como grupo. Gracias a esto,
hemos demostrado que no hay pandemia, competidores o salida de clientes que pueda con todos
juntos.

Algo que no es ajeno a nadie es que nuestra industria se caracteriza por la creciente cantidad de
oportunidades, que hace que muchas veces nos duela ver salir a uno de los nuestros, que, aunque salen
de la estructura, siguen estando con nosotros de corazón y en el speed dial de muchos aquí. Nadie en
GBH juzga a los que se van a explorar otros caminos y nos enorgullece cuando regresan a su casa. Esto
último lo menciono para que tengan claro que la salida de gente que queremos no implica un mal
indicador del negocio o que no estamos haciendo lo suficiente para llenar las expectativas de la persona
que sale.

Nuestro gran equipo de gestión humana, los managers, directores, y cada uno de ustedes con su
retroalimentación contribuye a hacer más placentero para todos el día a día en este maravilloso
ecosistema.

Yo personalmente me siento muy feliz de ser parte de este gran equipo y espero que sigamos creciendo
juntos.

Good afternoon to all of you,

I decided to begin by focusing on what is most important for GBH: each person present here today. Let’s
start with an analogy of how I see you, although it will make my age a little bit obvious . I see GBH as
Voltron.

I will save the googling to some or most of you. It was a Japanese animated series starring 5 galaxy
defenders which individually were exceptional, but together they formed a super structure that was a
huge, practically invincible robot. When it was formed, there was nothing that could defeat it.

The same with GBH. All of you individually are brilliant, with admirable values, extremely dedicated, and
passionate about what you do. However, all of you together make a Voltron of "turn it off and let's go",
or more precisely of: "I work with you, and I don't look the other way", which is the feeling I see in the
clients I deal with every day.

A Voltron that will continue to set the DR higher in our industry as a place where value is provided with
quality, passion, and wit.

This mega structure formed by all of you opens the path for us to continue growing and fulfilling our
dreams individually because we all have different desires, but in GBH we care about understanding each
one and working together to achieve them.

Neither Voltron nor GBH are perfect, and they are far from it, but each member contributes in a
different way to its strength, making us more valuable as a group. Therefore, we have proven that there
is no pandemic, competitor, or client exit that can bring us down.

Something that is known by everyone, is that our industry is characterized by increased opportunities,
which makes it often painful to see one of our own peers leave, but, although they are no longer part of
the structure, they are still with us in our hearts and on the speed dial of many. No one at GBH judges
those who decide to explore other paths and we are proud when they return home. I point this out so
everyone is clear that the departure of people we love does not imply a bad indicator of the business or
that we are not doing enough to meet the expectations of the person leaving.

Our great Human Resources team, Managers, Directors, and each one of you with your feedback
contributes to making a pleasurable day-to-day life in this wonderful ecosystem for everyone.

I personally feel very happy to be part of this great team and I hope we continue growing together.
