6. Gestión responsable del sitio

Se espera que se realice mínimo 1 tour de calidad por día por el sitio:
Se acordó con supervisión realizar una caminata por semana, pero trabajaron hasta el
18/10/2021 por lo cual solo se realizó 3 caminatas de calidad con supervisión,
según plan de Calidad Aprobado.
Adicionalmente se realizar Tour de Calidad por el área Calidad de Consorcio S&P
para lo cual tenemos 17 caminatas adicionales.

8. Capacitación de calidad
Tome el número total de personas que han sido capacitadas sobre los
requisitos contractuales y especificaciones técnicas bajo el Sistema de Gestión
de Calidad (SGC) en el mes.
En obra se cuenta con 87 trabajadores, para lo cual se debe tener la capacitación del
70% del personal. En total 61 personas como mínimo, se capacito 66 personas
