 RESUMEN

La presente tesis de investigación se basa en el análisis de la realidad internacional, nacional y local,

en el que se observa como muchas de las empresas pesqueras están atravesando una serie de
problemas económicos - financieros debido a no contar con un Plan financiero que les ayude a
establecer objetivos y estrategias financieras que permitan alcanzar mayor rendimiento , y así poder
ver qué alternativas de inversión y financiación necesita la empresa para lograr mejorar su rentabilidad
y crecimiento económico esperado ; situación que responde a la formulación del problema de la
investigación: ¿De qué manera la propuesta de un plan financiero a corto plazo mejorará la
rentabilidad de la empresa pesquera Blessing Family E.I.R.L del Distrito de Santa Rosa?.

El tipo de investigación es descriptiva y analítica, su población está conformada por la empresa

pesquera Blessing Family EIRL; la misma que tiene por giro del negocio la Extracción y
Comercialización de Productos Hidrobiológicos. Actualmente esta empresa cuenta con 14
trabajadores, de las cuales tomamos como tamaño muestral. y para la operacionalización de las
variables, hemos utilizado herramientas como la guía de entrevista y ficha de análisis.
De acuerdo a nuestro objetivo general de Proponer un plan financiero a corto plazo para mejorar la
rentabilidad de la empresa BLESSING FAMILY E.I.R.L del Distrito de Santa Rosa – 2012,hemos
concluido de acuerdo al análisis y aplicación de los ratios, que la empresa en el año 2011 obtuvo un
índice de liquidez de S/ 6, mientras que en el 2012 aumento en S/ 2, es decir a S/ 8 ,lo cual indica que
la empresa si se encuentra en la capacidad para responder a sus obligaciones a corto plazo, y esto
se debe a que en este último año aumentaron sus ingresos debido a sus ventas.

Con respecto a su rentabilidad en el año 2011 obtuvo un 11% y en el 2012 obtuvo un 9%; lo que
significa que la empresa Blessing Family E.I.R.L ha tenido una disminución del 2% de su rentabilidad,
esto debido a los diversos gastos que tiene la empresa, siendo uno de los principales el gasto del
alquiler del permiso de pesca, originando bajas utilidades que afecta al crecimiento económico de la
empresa, así como también que la mejor alternativa de financiamiento para la compra del permiso
de pesca es la Caja Municipal Piura ya que proporciona una tasa de interés del 21% siendo ésta la
tasa de interés más baja y adecuada para la empresa.

En tal sentido recomendamos, la compra del permiso de pesca, ya que incrementará la rentabilidad
en 5% y su utilidad en S/ 16,349 nuevos soles, siendo una propuesta ventajosa para la empresa, que
les permitirá crecer económicamente, debido que reducirán sus gastos e incrementaran sus ingresos,
por lo que debe elegir el financiamiento que otorga la Caja Municipal Piura ya que es la mejor
alternativa para adquirir el permiso de pesca.
 ABSTRACT

The present research work is based on the analysis of the international situation, national and local,
which is observed as many fishing companies are facing a number of economic problems - financial
due to not having a financial plan that will help to establish financial goals and strategies to achieve
higher performance, so you can see that investment and financing alternatives requires the company
to improve profitability and achieve expected economic growth, a situation that responds to the
formulation of the research problem: What how a proposed short-term financial plan will improve the
profitability of the fishing company EIRL District Family Blessing Santa Rosa?.

The research is descriptive and analytical, its population is made up of the Family Blessing EIRL fishing
company, the same line of business is the extraction and marketing of Seafood Products. Currently
the company has 14 employees, of which we take as sample size. and the operationalization of the
variables, we used tools such as the interview guide and analysis card.

According to our overall objective propose a short-term financial plan to improve profitability EIRL
FAMILY BLESSING District of Santa Rosa - 2012, we have concluded according to the analysis and
application of the ratios, the company in the year 2011 obtained a liquidity ratio of S / 6, while the 2012
increase in S / 2, ie S / 8, indicating that the company if it is in the ability to meet its short-term and this
is because in the last year due to increased their sales revenue.

With regard to profitability in 2011 obtained 11% and in 2012 obtained a 9%, which means that the
company EIRL Family Blessing has had a 2% decrease in profitability, this because of the various
expenses you have the company, one of the main holiday spending fishing permit, causing low profits
that affects the economic growth of the company, as well as the best alternative financing for the
purchase of fishing licenses is the CMAC Piura because it provides an interest rate of 21% being the
lowest interest rate and appropriate for the company.

In this regard, we recommend the purchase of fishing licenses, as it will increase the yield by 5% and
their usefulness in S / 16,349 new soles, being a proposition for the company, which will allow them to
grow economically, because that will reduce your expenses and increase their income, so you should
choose the financing granted by the Municipal Piura as the best alternative is to purchase a fishing
permit.
