RESUMEN EJECUTIVO DEL PROYECTO
1. ANTECEDENTES
La Empresa Concesionaria de Electricidad ELECTRO UCAYALI S.A., dentro del
marco de los Decretos de Urgencia N° 037-2008 y 049-2011; y de la Resolución
Ministerial N° 529-2013-MEM/DM, mediante contrato N° G-172-2013/EU “Servicio de
Capacidad Adicional de 9MW, Para el Sistema Electrico de Pucallpa”, celebrado con la
empresa Ferrenergy S.A.C., contrató el servicio de generación de energía eléctrica
producida por unidades o plantas generadoras de energía eléctrica, utilizando
unidades altamente confiables, eficientes y que cumplan con las normas ambientales
vigentes, configurando la Central Térmica de Emergencia de Pucallpa.
La Finalidad de contratar el servicio de generación de energía eléctrica es atender el
incremento de la demanda energética del Sistema Eléctrico Pucallpa, contribuir a la
garantía del suministro eléctrico, reducir las interrupciones por baja tensión y por
restricción de la línea de transmisión L-1125 (Aguaytia y Pucallpa), y beneficiar a la
población, usuarios y empresas de la región.
Este proyecto consiste en proveer una central de generación de 9 MW a
implementarse en tres etapas de 3 MW cada una, según se indica en el siguiente
cuadro:
2. ALCANCES Y NORMAS.
Los alcances que se describen a continuación corresponden a la primera etapa.
Potencia de la central: 3 MW
Potencia y número de unidades: 3 unidades de 1.3 MW nominales
Fecha de inicio de operación comercial: 17 de enero 2014
Fecha de culminación del servicio: 17 de marzo 2015
Las normas a aplicar en el proyecto, entre otros serán las normas relacionadas con
Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, las normas vigentes que apliquen a la instalación y
suministros de equipos y materiales, así como el CNE – Utilización, CNE-Suministros,
normas internacionales como IEC, ASTM, etc.
3. ÁREA DEL PROYECTO
3.1 UBICACIÓN
Geográficamente está ubicada en el distrito de Yarinacocha, provincia de Coronel
Portillo, departamento de Ucayali.
La central se encuentra ubicada dentro de las instalaciones de Electro Ucayali,
considerada la misma como zona industrial. Se usará la loza colindante a la Central
Térmica Yarinacocha, donde se instalarán tanto los módulos de generación como los
módulos de transformación y tanque de combustible para una autonomía de 12 horas.
5. DISPOSICIÓN DE PLANTA:
6.1 GENERAL
De acuerdo a los términos de referencia, la primera etapa consta de una potencia
efectiva continua de 3MW. Los principales equipos suministrados e instalados son:
La celda RN1 concentra el primer bloque de generación (05 grupos), el cual será
interconectado mediante cables de energía con la S.E. YARINACOCHA 10 kV
existente; esta celda cuenta con el siguiente equipamiento.
Cada transformador cuenta para su protección con una celda equipada en el lado de
11kV con el siguiente equipamiento.
En esta celda se cuenta con un relé modelo VIP 300 (Merlin Gerin) con las siguientes
funciones de protección.

- The operator can find in this page the preview of each screen , the number of screens
that appears in the tree screen depends of the security level, the default security level
is “Level 1: unauthorized” , the available security level for the operator of the control

room is “Level 3: site operator ", in this level you can modify the most of the operation
settings and genset parameters
parameters, the password for this level is 99454 and must be
entered in the main screen, just need make click in the edit button and write the
password

- The engine overview screen shows the current values of the genset parameters, the
power factor and load setpoints can be changed (figure 7) at the current screen with the
edit button (figure 8)

- the control buttons can be enabled in the engine overview screen, with these buttons you
can perform a remote control of the genset (figure 9 )

- The cylinder temperature screen can be used for monitoring the temperature in each
cylinder of the engine , also this screen shows the average of the temperatures as well as
the maximums and minimal values in each cylinder bank

n this page the operator can find the synchronization sequence, the current values of the
generator, the voltage and frequency of the busbar, also the software make a comparison
with the values of the busbar and the generator for detect synchronization problems.

- The installation overview screen has the status and the current values of each genset
(figure 15),, in this screen the operator of the control room can monitoring the status of the
plant , also the total values of the busbar are available (Figure 16)
