The city Phoenix (USA)

The Phoenix, city is in the state of Arizona. It isn´t the biggest city in
the USA, and it isn´t one of the most cosmopolitan, but it is definitely
one of the hottest. City is cheaper than a lot of other cities: probably
the most expensive places are New York and San Francisco. What
Phoenix used to have was one of the fastet growth rates of any city in
the USA. It was able to grow faster than other cities because of all the
construction.

But now in the economic recession, there is much less construction and
some people are moving away. The biggest state in the USA is Alaska
and the one with the most people is California. Alaska is much bigger
than California, but the population is much smaller.

California is a little bit smaller than Spain, and Texas is a little bit
bigger. Alaska is 3 times bigger than Spain.

La ciudad de Phoenix, se encuentra en el estado de Arizona. No es la

ciudad más grande los EE.UU, y no es una de las más cosmopolitas,
pero definitivamente es una de las más calurosas. Es más barato que
muchas otras ciudades probablemente los lugares más caros son Nueva
York y San Francisco. Lo que Phoenix solía tener era una de las tasas
de crecimiento más rápidas de cualquier ciudad en los Estados Unidos.
Fue capaz de crecer más rápido que otras ciudades debido a toda la
construcción.

Pero ahora en la recesión económica, hay mucho menos construcción y

algunas personas se están alejando. El estado más grande los EE.UU.
es Alaska, y el que tiene más personas es California. Alaska es muchas
más grande que California, pero la población es mucho más pequeña.

California es un poco más pequeño que España y Texas es un poco más

grande. Alaska es más de 3 veces más grande que España.

BRASIL

Brazil belongs to South America. It is the fifth largest country in

the world and is one of the countries with the most animal
species in the world. Although its more than 202 million
inhabitants make Brazil the sixth most populous country in the
world. The official language and the most spoken is Portuguese.

The religion with the most followers is Catholicism, being the

country with the largest number of nominal Catholics in the
world. The Brazilian economy is the largest in Latin America. The
climate of Brazil has a wide variety of climatic conditions but the
one the most prevails is the tropical climate. Brazil is the most
tourist country in South America. Brazil is the tenth largest
energy consumer on the planet.

Brasil pertenece a Sudamérica. Es el quinto país más grande del mundo

y es uno de los países con más especies animales en el mundo. Aunque
sus más de 202 millones de habitantes hacen de Brasil el sexto país
más poblado del mundo. El idioma oficial y el más hablado es el
portugués.

La religión con más seguidores es el catolicismo, siendo el país con el

mayor número de católicos nominales en el mundo. La economía
brasileña es la más grande de América Latina. El clima de Brasil tiene
una gran variedad de condiciones climáticas, pero la que más prevalece
es el clima tropical. Brasil es el país más turístico de Sudamérica. Brasil
es el décimo mayor consumidor de energía del planeta.
 THE CITY OF CUZCO

Cusco is one of the biggest cities in Peru. It is located in the southeast

of Peru. It is the capital of the department of Cusco and is also called

the historical capital of Peru. It is the seventh most populated in Peru.

The weather is sunny and rainy.

HISTORY

The sacred city of Cusco and capital of the Tahuantinsuyo Empire, was

founded around the 11th and 12th centuries after Christ by the Inca

Manco Cápac, who came out of Titicaca Lake. Cusco was the

government center, the Tawantinsuyo which came to cover a large part

of what is currently Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina and

Chile. Inca society was an admirable example of political-social

organization, great knowledge of architecture, medicine and

agriculture.

TOURISTC PLACES

It's famous for its Tourist places for example: Mountain of seven colors,

Sacred Valley of the Incas, Inca Trail, Huamantay Lagoon and many

more but the most important is Machu Picchu.

MACHU PICCHU

Machu Picchu is a city of stone. It is a beautiful, wonderful, natural,

historical and relaxing place. It is located northeast of the city of Cusco.

Machu Picchu is the most visited tourist place in Peru. It is considered

one of the seven new wonders of the modern world.

POLLUTION

Actually it is becoming a very polluted city that damages the rivers but

Lima is more polluted than Cuzco.

CLOTHES

Their clothing is traditional, for example the women wear a large,

colorful skirt, wear a red sweater, wear a cap on her head, and wear

handmade rubber flip flops as shoes but The man wears black pants, a

shirt, a poncho, a colored vest, a red hood or a chullo, and Yankees

wear shoes without socks. Cusco's clothing is more cultural than

Chimbote.

TRAFFIC

Actually, the traffic in Cusco is increasing because there are many

tourists. There is more traffic in Cuzco than in Chimbote.

THE STREETS

The streets in Cusco are very pleasant because they are old buildings

made of stone and adobe. The streets of Cuzco are older than in

Chimbote.

MAIN ACTIVITIEST

The main economic activity are the extraction of gas and minerals,

followed by commerce, construction, textiles, agriculture and tourism.

PEOPLE

It’s a great place to watch people because they are very nice and kind.

There's a really friendly atmosphere.

RESTAURANTS

There are a lots of restaurants to eat delicious food for example trucha

frita, Chicharrón Cusqueño, Choclo con queso and lechon al horno but

it is very expensive.

SHOPS

Also there are a lots of shops to hang out and buy traditional clothes,

musical instruments and handicrafts.

I would definitely (definitli) recommend going there because it is a very

interesting place and it is our culture as Peruvians. You should

definitely ((definitli)) go because you will love it.
