INSTRUCCIONES:
• El estudiante deberá ESCRIBIR Y DESARROLLAR en su totalidad la guía en su CUADERNO de
inglés
• Entregar de manera VIRTUAL durante el mes de mayo con último plazo hasta el VIERNES 28 DE
MAYO DEL 2021 Al medio día a través de alguno de los siguientes medios: WhatsApp 320 9459116

• Se recibe UN SOLO ARCHIVO EN PDF, marcado con nombre completo y grado del estudiante,
imágenes claras y de manera VERTICAL (arriba abajo).
OBJETIVO: Reforzar las habilidades lectura y escritura relacionadas con el presente continúo transversalizando
el proyecto de Eduderechos.

➢ Escribir la temática en sus cuadernos de inglés.


PRESENTE CONTINUO
✓ Se usa para hablar de las acciones que se están realizando en el momento.
✓ Para formar el presente continuo se necesita del verbo to be (am, is, are) + el verbo que le sigue con
la terminación ING
✓ ING = a la terminacipon en español ando, endo, iendo.
REGLAS PARA EL USO DE ING
1. En la mayoría de verbos basta con añadir -ing.
eat → eating ask → asking go → going
2. Si el verbo termina en “E” , hay que quitar la “E” antes de añadir ING.
Take→ taking Wake→ waking write→ writing come→ coming
3. Si el verbo acaba en “IE”, hay que eliminar la “IE” y añadir “YING”
die→ dying tie→ tying lie → lying
4. Si el verbo acaba en VOCAL + CONSONANTE, hay que doblar la consonante antes de añadir ING.
Stop→ stopping swim → swimming run→ running begin→ beginning
5. Si el verbo acaba en “Y” o “W” NO DOBLAMOS. Esto se debe a que en fonética inglesa la “Y” y la “W” se
consideran semivocales.

➢ Escribir el texto en sus cuadernos, subrayar el vocabulario nuevo en el texto, buscar el


significado de las palabras en sus diccionarios y escribirlas en el cuaderno para garantizar la
comprensión de la historia. Finalmente, el estudiante tomará como referencia el cuadro de
explicación de la página anterior y las reglas para formar el ING. Luego, deberá completar los
espacios en blanco con la forma correcta del PRESENTE CONTINUO del verbo en paréntesis.
(recuerda que debe ir el verbo to be (am, is, are) y el verbo que le sigue con ING.

➢Proyecto: El estudiante escribirá varias frases en presente continuo en las que describa las
actividades que está haciendo el/ella y su familia. Luego el estudiante grabará un video en inglés
en el que describa dichas actividades.
