Job interview

Interviewer: Good morning, nice to meet you. (Buenos días, encantado/a de

conocerte).
Candidate: Good morning. It’s nice to meet you too. (Buenos días, encantado/a de
conocerte también).
Interviewer: Have a seat, please.  (Tome asiento, por favor).
Candidate: Thank you. (Gracias).
Interviewer: Could you tell me about yourself?  / ¿Podrías hablarme de ti?
Candidate: I'm efficient, organaized and assiduous. The main thing to me at work is the
teamwork and the enthusiasm to work. / Soy eficiente, organizado y aplicado. Lo más
importante en el trabajo para mi es el trabajo en equipo y el entusiasmo.
Interviewer: Okey! Next question. Why do you want to work with us? / Bien. Siguiente
pregunta. ¿Por qué quieres trabajar con nosotros?
Candidate: I have followed your history during the last years. I'm surprised by your
way of working. For that reason, I want to work y your company / He estado siguiendo
vuestra historia durante los últimos años. Estoy sorprendido con vuestra forma de
trabajar. Por esta razón quiero trabajar en su empresa.
Interviewer: What are your strengths? (struens)/ ¿Cuáles son tus puntos fuertes?
Candidate: I'm a creative person who likes to be working with others. I consider that
the teamwork is fundamental to get good results / Soy una persona creativa a la que le
gusta estar trabajando con otros. Considero que el trabajo en equipo es fundamental
para conseguir buenos resultados.
Interviewer: What is your greatest(greires) weakness? (Cuál es tu mayor debilidad)
Candidate: I spend too much time searching for mistakes and checking everything from
the beginnig. (Paso mucho tiempo buscando errores y revisando todo desde el
principio)
Interviwer: Do you prefer working individually or with a team? (Prefieres trabajar de
forma individual o en equipo)
Candidate: I would like to work in a team, i believe team work always bring good
results and we can learn many things from others. As we all say, “two heads think
better than one”.
(Me gustaría trabajar en un equipo, creo que el trabajo en equipo siempre trae mejores
resultados y también, podemos aprender muchas cosas de los otros. Como decimos
todos, “dos cabezas piensan mejor que una”).
Interviewer: Finally(fainily), why did you leave(livv) your last job? / Finalmente, ¿por
qué perdiste tu anterior trabajo?

Candidate: I need new challenges to grow professionally / Necesitaba nuevos retos

para crecer profesionalmente.
