Instructivo del uso del espectrofotómetro

n.1-se colocara el aparato en una superficie plana
n.2-se deberá enchufar el aparato a la corriente eléctrica
n.3- se enchufara el aparato 15 minutos antes de leer
n.4- se encenderá el aparato girando el botón 1 hasta que
haga click
n.5-asegurarce que la longitud de onda sea la correcta con el
botón 2
n.6-se tendrá que seleccionar el modo de lectura con el
mode (ya sea observancia y transmitancia, etc)
n.7-se pondrá el tubo blanco en la canolita y después ajustar
a0
n.8-despues se introducirá el tubo estándar y se
registrara el valor que muestre
n.9- luego se sacara el tubo estándar y de inmediato
introducir el tubo de la muestra
n.10- se obtendrá la muestra en la pantalla
n.11- al apagar el equipo primero se debe de verificar
que el porta cubetas este vacio
n-12- volteamos el botón 1 hacia la derecha
y que se escuche el click y esperamos a que se enfrie
n.13-desconectar el aparato

Nota: se tendrán 3 tubos diferentes

Instructions for the use of the spectrophotometer

n.1- the device will be placed on a flat surface.
n.2- the appliance must be plugged into the electrical power

n.5.- Ensure that the wavelength is correct with button 2.
n.6- you will have to select the reading mode with the mode

n.7- the white tube will be placed in the canolite and then set
to 0
n.8- after the standard tube will be introduced and

n.9- then remove the standard tube and immediately
introduce the sample tube

cuvette holder is empty
n-12- turn the button 1 to the right and listen to the
