Esta semana trabajaremos con el presente simple; asi mismo nos encontraremos con algunas reglas
sobre el uso de los verbos cuando se trata de terceras personas.

SIMPLE PRESENT

We use simple present to speak about the things, diary habits or activities that you usually do every
day. To learn to conjugate verbs in simple present is very easy.

Look this personal pronouns: HE – SHE – IT.

VERB: TO PLAY = JUGAR

I PLAY YO JUEGO

YOU PLAY TU JUEGAS

HE PLAYS EL JUEGA

SHE PLAYS ELLA JUEGA

IT PLAYS ESTO JUEGA

WE PLAY NOSOTROS JUGAMOS

YOU PLAY USTEDES JUEGAN

THEY PLAY ELLOS JUEGAN

Como notarás, el verbo sufre un cambio en su conjugación aumentándole una “S”

No olvidemos que estos pronombres pueden ser reemplazados por nombres propios.

Examples: I drive my car She runs in the stadium They play football

En el presente simple al juntarse los verbos de acción con estos PRONOMBRES DE TERCERA
PERSONA cumplen ciertas reglas qué a continuación observaremos.

1) Most verbs add => “s”

I walk - She walks

2) Verbs ending in “ ss”, “sh”, “ch”, “x”, “o” => add “es”
You watch – He watches

3) Verbs ending un consonant + y => we change “y” to “i” and we add => “es”
They study - Peter studies

4) Verbs ending un vowel + y => We only add “s”

I play - My sister plays

PRÁCTICA A DESARROLLAR

- La estudiante desarrollara la ficha proporcionadas por la docente.

ACTIVIDAD:

La estudiante Creará 2 oraciones en presente simple siguiendo las reglas proporcionadas en la ficha,
haciendo uso de los pronombres I, YOU, WE, THEY, SHE, HE, IT.

No olviden hacer su vocabulario.
