MANGUERAS ROTARY
Las mangueras para perforación y exploración petrolera
son desarrolladas por Dunlop Argentina S.A. desde hace
más de 40 años, conforme los avances tecnológicos y
los mejores materiales del mercado, cumpliendo con las
especificaciones del Instituto Americano del Petróleo
(API) y el Sistema de Calidad ISO 9001. Las
certificaciones obtenidas permiten el uso del
monograma API sobre las mangueras según la
especificación API Spec. (7K – 16C) que corresponda.
Las principales aplicaciones son:
- Inyección de lodo desde el tubo de alimentación al
gancho giratorio.
- Inyección de lodo desde la pileta a través de la bomba a
la tubería y su retorno.
- Amortiguación de vibraciones entre conexiones
rígidas de la instalación.
- Inyección de agua en torres de coque en refinerías.
- Cementación, acidificación y perfilado de pozos.
- Servicios Choke and Kill .
Estas mangueras se proveen con conexiones roscadas
tipo LINE PIPE de acuerdo a API Spec. 5B, uniones
soldadas o bridas de acuerdo a API Spec 6A. La
vinculación de los terminales al cuerpo de la manguera
puede ser por vulcanización o por laminación.

ROTARY HOSES
Dunlop Argentina S.A. has been developing oil
perforation and explorations hoses for more than 40
years, in accordance with technological advances and
using the best materials in the market, fulfilling the
specifications of the American Petroleum Institute (API)
and the ISO Quality System 9001. Such certifications
allow the use of the API monogram on hoses according to
the corresponding specification API Spec. (7K-16C).
The main applications of rotary hoses are:
- Injection of mud from the feeding tube to the swivel
hook.
- Injection of mud from the tank, through the bomb to the
pipe and its return.
- Cushioning vibration between rigid connections of the
installation.
- Water injection in coke towers within refineries.
- Cementation, acidification and well profiling.
- General Choke and Kill service.
These hoses are provided with threaded couplings, LINE
PIPE kind, according to API Spec 5B or welded
couplings or flanges according to API Spec 6A. Terminals
can be Built-in or Swaged- on process to the hose.
These general conditions added to the specific
conditions of each type and grade of application make us

Aplicación
Las mangueras Rotary Drilling y Rotary Vibrator
suministran una conexión flexible entre el tubo o columna
de alimentación y el gancho giratorio, entre la bomba de
lodo y el tubo de alimentación, respectivamente;
permitiendo conducir e inyectar a elevada presión el lodo
de lubricación del trépano en los trabajos de perforación
y exploración.
Application
The Rotary Drilling and Rotary Vibrator hoses provide a
flexible connection between the tube or feeding tower
and the swivel hook, between the mud pump and the
feeding tube, respectively; allowing it to conduct and
inject at high pressure the lubrication mud of the bit, in
perforation and exploration tasks.

Aplicación
Las mangueras Rotary Drilling y Rotary Vibrator
suministran una conexión flexible entre el tubo o columna
