Establecer los pasos y frecuencias para el correcto lavado de manos, con el fin de conservar la inocuidad durante la manipulacion del producto
y evitar focos de contaminacion cruzada afecten el producto final.

El lavado de manos aplica para todo el personal, visitantes y contratistas que tengan acceso a la planta de produccion de Terrafertil Colombia
S.A.S.
Hand washing applies to all staff, visitors and contractors who have access to the production plant of Terrafertil Colombia S.A.S.
Debe lavarse las manos, como mínimo /You should wash your hands, at least:
• Antes de iniciar el trabajo / Before starting work.
• Después y antes de usar el baño /After and before using the bathroom.
• Después del descanso, comer, beber o fumar (fuera de las instalaciones) / After rest, eating, drinking or smoking (off-site).
• Después de toser, estornudar ó limpiar su nariz / After coughing, sneezing or wiping your nose.
• Después de efectuar el aseo, usar limpiadores o químicos / After cleaning, use cleansers or chemicals.
• Siempre que cambie de actividad o área de trabajo / Whenever you change activity or work area.
Agua / Water.
Jabón de manos / Hand Soap.
Gel desinfectante / Hygiene gel.
Toallas de papel y/o secador de manos / Paper towels and / or hand dryer.

Humedecer completamente las manos y antebrazos.
Para activar la salida del agua del lavamanos, no use las manos, use el antebrazo y/o el pie.
Wet hands and forearms with water.

Agregar jabón en las manos. Enjabonar manos y antebrazos.
Apply soap in the hands. Soap hands and forearms.
Frotar las palmas de las manos, entre los dedos y antebrazos. No olvide limpiar las uñas.

Aplicar abundante agua para retirar cualquier residuo del jabón. Para activar la salida del
agua del lavamanos, no use las manos, use el antebrazo y/o el pie.

Secar las manos con el secador automatico o toallas de papel. / CONTRACTORS
Dry your hands with the automatic dryer or paper towels.
Aplicar una gota de gel desifectante en las manos, frotar las palmas de las manos, entre los
dedos y antebrazos , esperar unos segundos hasta que se seque. Para activar la salida del
gel, no use las manos, use el antebrazo.
Apply a drop of disinfectant gel on the hands, rub the palms of the hands, between the
fingers and forearms, wait a few seconds until it dries. To activate the gel output, do not use
your hands, use the forearm.
No enjuaguar el gel.
Do not rinse the gel.
Visual: Observando que se cumplan todos los pasos del instructivo. / Visual: Observing that all the steps of the instructions are fulfilled.
Microbiológicos: Muestreos de manos de los operarios de manera aleatoria / Microbiological: Sampling of hands of the operators in a random
way.
De observarse que alguno de los operarios no realizó a cabalidad el procedimiento de lavado de manos, el operario debe repetir el
procedimiento, y debe ser reentrenado.
If it is observed that one of the operators did not fully perform the hand washing procedure, the operator must repeat the procedure, and
must be retrained
