Hallazgos;
Ojo Derecho: La calidad de la señal es excelente 10/10. El mapa de análisis de espesor macular
muestra espesor normal en la fóvea, 268µ, el espesor promedio y el volumen del cubo
macular están dentro de límites normales. Los barridos en imágenes de alta definición
muestran la cavidad vítrea normal. Configuración normal de la curvatura foveal, de la
retina y del epitelio pigmentario. Aumento de la reflectividad de la membrana
limitante interna en sectores aislados (flechas).
Ojo Izquierdo: La calidad de la señal es excelente 10/10. El mapa de análisis de espesor macular
muestra espesor normal en la fóvea, 260µ, el espesor promedio y el volumen del cubo
macular están dentro de límites normales. Los barridos en imágenes de alta definición
muestran la cavidad vítrea normal. Configuración normal de la curvatura foveal, de la
retina y del epitelio pigmentario. Aumento de la reflectividad de la membrana
limitante interna en sectore aislado (flecha).
Conclusión: Ambos ojos: Tomografía macular dentro de límites normales. Al comparar con el
examen de junio de 2014 se observa disminución de espesor paracentral y periférico
nasal en el ojo derecho. En el ojo izquierdo los hallazgos son semejantes.
Los datos de este examen quedan archivados para futuras comparaciones.
