2 This assignment of commission is made between the Introducer and the Assignee as mentioned below.

The Introducer does hereby state the following:

El Introductor establece lo siguiente:
1. That the Introducer hereby transfers, sets over and assigns, subject to acknowledgment by ITA Distribution (The “Company”), unto the “Assignee” mentioned above, any and all commissions generated as initial first year
commissions, renewal commissions, bonuses and allowances which may hereafter accrue in favor of the Introducer by virtue of the Compensation Schedule Agreement thereto now in force or hereafter entered into by and between
the Introducer and the Company, it being understood and agreed that this Assignment and the rights assigned hereunder, shall be subject to: a) any present indebtedness or any which may hereafter accrue or be due and owing
the Company and; b) all the terms and conditions of the agreement. This Assignment relates only to the Introducer stated above.
Que, por este acto, el Introductor transfiere, enajena y cede, sujeto a la aceptación de ITA Distribution (la “Compañía”), al “Cesionario” mencionado anteriormente, todas y cada una de las comisiones generadas
como comisiones del primer año, comisiones de renovación, bonos y remuneraciones que se generen de aquí en más a favor del Introductor, en virtud del Acuerdo sobre la Escala de Comisiones que está o estará
vigente, celebrado entre el Introductor y la Compañía. El Introductor y el Cesionario comprenden y convienen que este acuerdo y los derechos cedidos en virtud del mismo están sujetos a: a) cualquier deuda actual
o futura, que se pueda generar, se deba o sea pagadera a la Compañía; y b) todos los términos y condiciones del acuerdo. Esta Cesión se refiere únicamente al Introductor identificado anteriormente.

2. That the Introducer hereby authorizes and directs the Company to pay over any such commissions and allowances to said Assignee subject to the conditions hereof, and it is agreed that any payment so made will
be a full and complete discharge of the Company’s obligation to the extent of any payment such made.
Que el Introductor, en este acto, autoriza e instruye a la Compañía que entregue dichas comisiones y remuneraciones al mencionado Cesionario, sujeto a las condiciones del presente acuerdo, y se pacta que la
Compañía será eximida de toda y cualquier responsabilidad sobre todos y cualesquiera de esos pagos realizados.

3. This Assignment shall terminate upon the written agreement of all parties hereto. The Company shall be considered to be on notice of termination only upon receipt by the Company of a written agreement of termination.
Esta Cesión podrá ser rescindida mediante acuerdo por escrito de todas las partes que hoy celebran la Cesión. La Compañía se dará por notificada únicamente luego de recibir el acuerdo de rescisión por escrito.

4. This Assignment shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and subsequent assigns of, or any other party claiming through or under the Introducer.
Esta Cesión será vinculante para los herederos, sucesores y cesionarios subsiguientes, o para cualquier otra parte que reclame mediante o bajo el Introductor.

5. This Assignment will not be effective until processed and approved in writing by the Company.
Esta Cesión no entrará en vigor hasta que la Compañía la procese y la apruebe por escrito.

6. The Introducer acknowledges that he/she is in agreement with the Assignment above.
El Introductor acepta y declara que está de acuerdo con la Cesión descrita arriba.

7. The Company is not a party to, and has no obligation or responsibility under, any agreement between the Introducer and the Assignee.
La Compañía no es parte en este acuerdo. Ninguna obligación o responsabilidad se ha generado para la Compañía en virtud de este acuerdo, o de cualquier otro acuerdo celebrado entre el Introductor y el
Cesionario.

8. The Introducer hereby waives, and agrees that he/she/it shall not demand payment from the Company of, any such commissions or remuneration of any form.
Por medio del presente acuerdo, el Introductor acepta y declara que no reclamará a la Compañía el pago de ninguna comisión o remuneración de cualquier naturaleza, y renuncia a la posibilidad de hacerlo.
