Ttulo de nivel tcnico o profesional en el rea industrial.
Acreditar con malla curricular visada por casa de estudios que cumple con lo sealado en artculo 80 al respecto. Slo para e ximicin de
rendicin de examen ante la autoridad sanitaria.
3.3 Renovacion ( de acuerdo al Decreto N 49 de 12 de diciembre de 2016, el cual modifica art. 1 transitorio del D.S. 10 MINSAL de 2012)

3.3.- NOTA
Se podrn eximir de la rendicin de examen ante la autoridad sanitaria, a quienes demuestren que han obtenido esa competencia dentr o del
programa de estudios de una carrera que incluye esta preparacin en la respectiva malla curricular, de acuerdo a lo sealado en artculo 80 del
D.S. N10 de 2012 del MINSAL.

4.- OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES

Cancelar el monto de $ 19.900.- en la OFICINA COMUNAL de acuerdo a la direccin del solicitante, indicando el cdigo 2.1.3 correspondiente
a CERTIFICADO DE COMPETENCIA PARA OPERADORES GENERADORES DE CALDERAS Y GENERADORES DE VAPOR (Arancel vlido durante el
ao 2017).
La rendicin de la prueba es a las 11:30 am en dependencias de la Seremi de Salud, en Subida de San Joaquin N 1801. (Deben estar
presentndose a las 11:00 am para avisar la llegada y presentar la boleta de color amarillo para cerciorar el pago de la prueba)
Traer lpiz de pasta y calculadora
Se prohbe el uso de celulares.
La nota de aprobacin minima es de 75 %.
