INTERPRETACIN
PROPIEDADES PSICOMETRICAS
Fiabilidad:
El grado de correlacin entre cada tem y el resto oscila entre 0,12
(disminucin del apetito) y 0,84 (tristeza manifiesta). La consistencia interna
presenta valores entre 0,76 y 0,95 17,20. La fiabilidad inter-examinadores es alta
(0.80-0.95) 20,21.
Validez:
El rendimiento global de esta escala es similar al de la Escala de Depresin
de Hamilton, con la que muestra una elevada correlacin (0.70-0.90) 21,22, tiene
tambin buenos ndices de correlacin con otras escalas, como el Inventario de
Depresin de Beck, la Escala Hospitalaria de Ansiedad-Depresin y la Escala de
Impresin Clnica Global 12,21.
