PAO: sector de losa limitado por columnas, vigas o tabiques en todos sus lados. FAJA SEGUN UN EJE: es un tramo de losa de ancho tal que abarca hasta la mitad de las luces adyacentes al eje correspondiente. FAJA DE COLUMNA: es una faja con un ancho a cada lado de la lnea que une los centros de columnas: ancho=0.25.Lmn (la long mn L1 o L2) siendo L1 la luz entre ejes de columnas en la direccin de la faja, y L2, la luz entre ejes de columnas en la direccin perpendicular a la faja. FAJA DE LOSA: es una faja limitada por dos fajas de columna.

METODOS DE CALCULO

METODO DE DISEO DIRECTO: se calcula el momento isosttico total de cada tramo (q.l2/8) y se distribuye primero en momentos positivos y negativos y luego en faja de columnas y faja de losas. Condiciones: - Debe haber un mnimo de 3 luces en cada direccin. - Paneles rectangulares, relacin de luces no mayor que 2. - Las luces sucesivas no deben diferir en ms de 1/3 de la luz ms larga. - Columnas alineadas o corridas menos de un 10%. - Cargas gravitatorias, y relacin sobrecarga/carga permanente<3. METODO DEL PORTICO EQUIVALENTE: se resuelven las fajas como vigas continuas o como prticos introduciendo la rigidez a flexin de las columnas. MODELO PLANO UTILIZANDO EL METODO DE LOS ELEMENTOS FINITOS
