realizando esfuerzos significativos para adaptarse con xito a las nuevas tendencias del mercado globalizado, sin perder su identidad y la calidad que los caracteriza.
Nuestra regin merece que los inversionistas vuelquen su mirada hacia esta zona poco conocida pero con gran potencial, que puede llegar a ser un polo de desarrollo interesante para

Also known as La Morada del Alma (the place where the soul is living), Ayacucho is a really beautiful and varied region. The numerous climatic and ecologic levels make possible
the development of a productive offer, able to answer to the demand of the agro-alimentary market, and of the tourist and handcrafts markets. Our producers and managers carry out
significant efforts for to adapt the production to the new trends of the global markets, without loosing their characteristic identity or quality.
Our region deserves that the investors overturn its look toward this not very well-known region that can end up being a pole of interesting development for the whole country. The
Regional Government of Ayacucho has the commitment to give all the facilities for the successful installation of the new companies.

Las particularidades del clima (360 das de sol por ao, con un promedio de 10 hrs. de sol por da) y la calidad de suelos, hacen que los frutos tengan mayor sabor y una estructura ms
densa, lo que hace que se posicionen rpidamente en el mercado y que tengan mayor tiempo de anaquel.
En la regin se est desarrollando la oferta de productos tradicionales (quinua, papa,) as como de los productos recientemente introducidos (holantao, alcachofas, piquillo,),
organizando a los productores en asociaciones y Mesas Tcnicas que van resolviendo los problemas inherentes a la cadena productiva y logrando la calidad y el volumen que requiere el
mercado.

Productive potential of the highlands of Ayacucho

The particularities of the climate (360 sunny days per year, with an average of 10 sunny hours per day) , and the quality of the soils, give to the fruits a better taste and a more dense
structure , so that they reach rapidly a good position on the market, and allow a longer time on the shelves.
Our region is developing the offer of traditional products (quinua, potatoes),and also of newly introduced products (holantao, artichoke, piquillo), organizing the producers in
associations and technical groups who are progressively resolving the typical problems of the production lines, and reaching the objectives of quality and volume that the market
requires.
