8. Pago de la CTS en caso de
extincion del contrato de trabajo.

. El depositario tiene la obligación de entregar la totalidad de la
CTS depositada con sus respectivos intereses, que deberá ser
entregada dentro del plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas.

✗ El trabajador debe presentar una solicitud de verificación de cese

ante la Oficina de Administración Documentaria del MTPE, en el
término de 48 horas de producido el cese.
