¿QUE ES ?
Es una Herramienta de bloqueo y etiquetado que mediante un sistema digital de reconocimiento facial y huella será una innovación muy importante para el área
de seguridad y salud en el trabajo con ello lograremos asegurar y proteger a los trabajadores que dan mantenimiento rutinario a equipos y maquinaria que
generen movimientos repentinos por parte de otro trabajador la función primordial de estos dispositivos es bloquear y advertir que se esta realizando una labor
en estas zonas donde se puedan activar alguna energía peligrosa durante el mantenimiento o la reparación.

 Este sistema digital incluye un kit de candados listos para usar mediante una aplicación la cual reconoce su huella y rostro después de instalada se puede
realizar el bloqueo de válvulas ,circuitos eléctricos, tableros y mandos ,
 Puede utilizarse en cada una de sus funciones diarias
 Es una pieza en material dieléctrico.
 El trabajador no tiene que preocuparse pues este sistema será de único por trabajador.
 Este tipo de procedimiento puede ser considerado un único procedimiento para control de energía peligrosas
 se requiere capacitación para todos los empleados

WHAT IS IT ?

The principal function of these devices is to block and warn a work that is being done in these areas where you can activate some dangerous energy during
maintenance or repair.

 This digital system includes a kit of locks ready to use through an application which recognizes your fingerprint and face after installed can be performed lock
valves, electrical circuits, panels and controls
 It can be used in each of its daily functions
 It is a piece in dielectric material.
 It is a system that is for personal use
 It is a procedure for energy control
 It is important that each worker receives training

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
Con nuestro sistema digital de candados de bloqueo se aplicara a los procedimientos utilizados para asegurar que el equipo esté apagado e inoperable hasta que se
completen los trabajos de mantenimiento o reparación y así impedimos el funcionamiento accidental de la maquinaria y los equipos durante el mantenimiento y las
reparaciones.

 Primero descargaremos la aplicación bloqueo seguro.

 Diligenciaremos un formulario con algunos datos .
 Realizaremos el registro de su rostro y huella que tardara 15 segundos para guardarlos.
 Después de quedar registrados se recibirá una inducción del uso adecuado del bloqueo y sus pasos.
 Después de certificarse en el uso adecuado y seguro del candado el sistema activara su kit de bloqueo.
 Ya podrás usar tu dispositivo de bloqueo para cualquier trabajo que vallas a realizar .

Pasos para su uso

1. Notifique a todos los empleados afectados que va a comenzar un bloqueo/etiquetado.

2. Apagar el equipo siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
3. Ponga la huella del dedo índice o acerqué su rostro al candado el automáticamente se abrirá.
4. Coloque el dispositivo de bloqueo.
5. Ponga su huella del dedo índice o su rostro para que este se cierre .
6. Realizar la actividad prevista (como la revisión y el mantenimiento) en los equipos.
7. Notificar a todos los empleados afectados que los dispositivos de bloqueo y etiquetado serán retirados
8. Retire los dispositivos de bloqueo y notifique al supervisor de seguridad.
9. Notifique a todos los empleados afectados que el equipo será re-energizado.
10. Restablecer la energía de los equipos y/o iniciar la puesta en marcha de los mismos.

¿HOW IT WORKS?
Our digital lockout system will be applied to ensure that the equipment is inoperable until all maintenance or repair work is completed.
This will allow the machine to be inoperable for any reason

• Download the secure lock application

• Fill in the form with personal data
• Register your face and fingerprint, which will take 15 seconds.
• Take the initial training on the proper use of the lock and its steps.
• Activation of the locking kit
• The locking device will be ready to work

Steps:
1. Notify all affected employees that you are going to start the lockout procedure.
2. Shut down the equipment following established procedures.
3. Place your index fingerprint or bring your face close to the lock and it will automatically unlock.
4. Place the locking device.
5. Place your index fingerprint or your face so that the lock will close.
6. Initiate the planned activity (such as servicing and maintenance) on the equipment.
7. Notify all affected employees that lockout/tagout devices will be removed.
8. Remove lockout devices and notify the safety supervisor.
9. Notify all affected employees that equipment will be re-energized.
10. Restore power to equipment and/or initiate equipment start-up.

¿POR QUÉ ES ÚTIL ESTA APLICACIÓN PARA LOS TRABAJADORES?

 Por que si realizamos un correcto uso del candado digital de bloqueo a nuestra
rutina y es aplicada con rigurosidad y sin excepciones de este modo eliminaremos
muchos accidentes de trabajo, pérdidas de tiempo y elevará la productividad de su
empresa.

 Por que lograremos reducir una de las causas más comunes de lesiones serias y
muertes en la industria por No bloquear la maquinaria antes de empezar a realizar
mantenimiento.

 Por que con este sistema evitaremos que muchos trabajadores en Colombia se
vean afectados en sus manos o brazos con lesiones graves, porque la maquinaria
fue encendida sin intención durante la reparación, o al transcurrir el mantenimiento o
ajuste de la misma.

WHY IS THIS APPLICATION USEFUL FOR EMPLOYEES?

 By making a correct use of the digital lockout padlock in our work routine, we will
reduce work accidents, loss of time and increase the productivity of the company.

 Reducing one of the most common causes of serious injuries and fatalities in
industry by not locking out machinery before starting maintenance.

 The use of this system we will avoid that many workers in Colombia, have accidents
that may cause the loss of any of their organs or serious injuries, since it will prevent
the machine from being turned on during maintenance.

control via cell phone.

Los candados inteligentes ofrecen las ventajas de control y
comodidad de uso que proporciona la tecnología y, además,
refuerzan la seguridad que se asociaba a un candado
tradicional.
Los candados basados en claves, habitualmente de 3 a 6
dígitos, y aquellos con llave, tienen desventajas importantes
por que cualquier persona puede tener duplicado de la llave
o saber la clave o podemos olvidar la clave ahora gracias a
estos nuevos modelos inteligentes podremos garantizar su
seguridad.
