¿´qué es?

● La actividad delictiva de los delincuentes contra la propiedad puede considerarse


la propia de los llamados delincuentes “comunes”, ya que la delincuencia más
habitual suele ir dirigida contra la propiedad y la salud pública (tráfico y
consumo de drogas

las víctimas son asaltadas por cuanto ellas poseen
la propiedad que desea el delincuente.

propiedad, sino que suele menudear con las drogas, y

en delincuentes.
Características
● a)  Es egoísta, muchas veces opera solo.
b)  Por lo general no está especializado en un delito especifico.
c)  Proviene de un núcleo familiar problemático por lo general desintegrado, conflictivo, de bajos
ingresos, numeroso y con antecedentes delictivos.
d)  Prácticas de crianza inconsistentes o severas, escasa supervisión.
e)  Relaciones padres-hijos carentes de solidez y afectividad.
f)  Escaso grado de escolaridad o nulo.
g)  Hiperactivo, rebelde e impulsivo.
h)  Laboralmente es poco cualificado, bajo salario y numerosos períodos de desempleo.
i)  Delitos numerosos durante su adolescencia (13-19 años), algunas veces disminuye entre los 20 y los
30 años.
j)  A los 30 años probablemente estará separado o divorciado, desempleado o con trabajos de bajo
salario.
k)  Si tiene hijos crecen en ambiente familiar de privación, discordia, desorden y escasa supervisión.
Perfil
● No sólo delitos contra propiedad.
Suele consumir drogas y amenazar con violencia a sus víctimas si se resisten.
En caso de robo de vivienda, evita la confrontación con la víctima (no le
importa el daño psicológico o social que sufre la víctima; resulta más sencillo
el proceso de justificación o neutralización del hecho).
En caso de robo con violencia o inti-midación, utilizan armas.
Tiene conocimiento del bien que desea robar y de las consecuencias de sus
actos.
