Un Sistema Integrado de
Gestión, es una herramienta en
la que se plasma el protocolo a
seguir a diario en una actividad
de producción.
 Tener implantado este sistema
permite optimizar recursos
disponibles, mejorando la
organización empresarial y el
rendimiento a la vez que se
reducen los costes.
● Un sistema de esta envergadura es una garantía de que los
procesos cumplen los canones estipulados por las normas
internacionales. Existen diferentes disciplinas que se
pueden integrar:
● Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad: ISO 9001 - es
exclusivamente normativo (norma ISO 9001, cuyo
cumplimiento es voluntario)
● Sistema de Gestión de Medioambiente: ISO 14001
● Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Laboral: ISO
45001
ENFOQUES DE IMPLANTACIÓN Y DE INTEGRACIÓN

En el caso de una gestión integrada:

● Existe un único manual de gestión. Los procedimientos e
instrucciones generales no se duplican y, habitualmente, se
elaboran por separado los procedimientos e instrucciones
específicas de cada uno de los sistemas.
● ƒ a implantación es simultánea, por lo que el periodo de
implantación total es más corto que si se implantaran los
sistemas por separado.
● Se distribuyen esfuerzos y el sistema en su conjunto se
diseña e implanta más rápido. ƒ Requiere una cuidadosa
implantación.
 ¿Cómo se integran los tres sistemas de gestión?
Los sistemas de calidad, medio ambiente y PRL deben integrarse a través de la gestión por procesos Para llevar a cabo la integración
por procesos de una manera ordenada y coherente se han de seguir una serie de pasos en los que se combinarán los recursos (tanto
