Chakra Meditacin

Chakra Dhyana es una meditacin muy poderoso conocido por los sabios hindes por ms de cinco mil aos. sta prctica bsicamente trata de concentrar la atencin en los varios chakras o centros de energa en el cuerpo fsico. La activacin de estos chakras significa la apertura de varias puertas en tu conciencia, llevndote hacia estados muy divinos de existencia. Cmo practicar el Chakra Dhyana Sintate con los ojos cerrados, con la espina derecha pero no rgida. Descansa tus manos sobre tus muslos con las palmas hacia arriba, y la punta del ndice tocando la base de cada pulgar. Si lo deseas, puedes tocar con la punta de la lengua el paladar en tu boca. Toma varias respiraciones suaves, profundas, lentas por tu nariz, hasta que tu cuerpo se calme. Sintate durante esta meditacin. No te recuestes. Mientras pasamos por cada chakra, enfoca tu atencin en el rea indicada en tu cuerpo. Con cada exhalacin, canta el mantra que se muestra de una manera lenta, y alongada. Comienza con el chakra raiz (Mooladhara), y muvete hacia arriba hasta la corona (Sahasrara). Al

final siempre permite a la energa que se asiente, fluyendo hacia abajo a travs de tu cuerpo, y espera unos minutos en meditacin o recustate sobre tu espalda. 1. Comienza con el chakra Mooladhara, localizado en el perineo, justo entre el ano y los genitales. Visualiza su color rojo. Canta Lang por unos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 2. El chakra Svadhisthana, localizado en la region genital o en la base de la espina. Visualiza su color naranja. Canta Vang por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 3. El chakra Manipura, localizado en el ombligo. Visualiza su color amarillo. Canta Rang por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 4. El chakra Anahata, en el centro de tu pecho, tu corazn espiritual. Visualiza su color verde. Canta Yang por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 5. El chakra Vishuddhi, localizado en tu garganta, en la manzana de Adn o la epiglotis. Visualiza su color azul. Canta Hang por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 6. El chakra Ajgna, localizado entre las cejas. Visualiza su color ndigo, el color de los jeans Levi originales, antes de lavarlos. Canta AUM en una frecuencia 3-2-1: A-A-A-O-O-M por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces. 7. El chakra Sahasrara, localizado en el centro del tope de tu cabeza. Visualiza su color violeta, morado. Canta Ogum Satyam Om por algunos minutos, luego visualiza el chakra tornndose oro lquido, mientras dices Kundalini arohanam varias veces.

Chakra Dhyana

Sit with your eyes closed, spine erect but not rigid Rest your hands on your thighs with palms facing up, and index fingertips touching the base of each thumb. If you wish you may touch the tip of the tongue to the roof of your mouth. Take several long, slow, easy deep breaths breathing through your nose, until your body becomes calm. Sit during this meditation. Do not lie down. As we come to each chakra, focus your attention on the indicated area of your body. With each exhale chant the mantra that is given in a slow, elongated fashion. Begin with the root chakra (Mooladhara) and work upward to the Crown (Sahasrara). At the end always allow the energy to ground, flowing down through your body, and spend a few minutes in meditation or lie on your back.

1. Begin with the Mooladhara chakra, located at the perineum, midway between your anus and genitals. Say "Om Mooladhara". Visualize its red color. Slowly repeat "Lang" (pronounced lung) for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. 2. The Swadhisthana chakra, located in the genital region or at the base of the spine. Say "Om Swadhisthana". Visualize its orange color. Say "Vang" (pronounced vung) for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. 3. The Manipura chakra, located at the navel. Say "Om Sri Mani Padme Hum". Visualize its yellow color. Say "Rang" (pronounced rung) for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. 4. The Anahata chakra, in the center of your chest, your spiritual heart. Say "Om Anahata". Visualize its green color. Say "Yang" (pronounced yung) for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. 5. The Vishuddhi chakra, located in your throat, at the Adam's apple or the epiglottis. Say "Om Vishuddhi". Visualize its blue color. Say "Hang" (pronounced hung) for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times.

6. The Ajneya chakra, located between our eyebrows. Say "Om Ajneya". Visualize its indigo color, the color of the original Levi blue jeans prior to washing them. Say "AUM" in a 3-2-1 ratio. "A-A-A-O-O-M" for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. 7. The Sahasrara chakra, located at the center of the top of your head. Say "Om Sahasrara". Visualize its violet color, pastel purple. Say "Ogum Satyam Om" for a few minutes, then visualize the chakra turning liquid gold as you say "Kundalini, arohanum" several times. Lie Down in Shavasan Lie down with your eyes closed immediately after the meditation and relax for 10 minutes, or as long as you like. Yoga's Corpse Pose, Shavasan, is good for this (eyes closed, on your back with arms loosely to the sides, palms up, legs slightly apart). Let go. Enjoy. Notice the dynamics of the energy in your body as the kundalini flows. Or you could proceed immediately to: Parvathi Padma Dhyana 1. Sit with your eyes closed, spine erect but not rigid, in any position that is comfortable for you. 2. Visualize a golden lotus at the Sahasrara (crown of your head), with a stem going down to the Mooladhara Chakra at the perineum (base of your body). 3. As you inhale, visualize a golden liquid flowing up the stem from the Mooladhara towards the lotus in your crown.

4. Hold your breath and visualize the golden energy filling every petal of the lotus. 5. As you exhale feel the energy coursing down through every cell in your body (Feel it flood your Heart Chakra, your lower belly, your hands & your feet). 6. Repeat the cycle at least 7 times. The energy can also be exhaled all the way down down through the feet into the earth, down into the core of the planet and out to all the sentient beings living on the earth, turning the entire world golden. Then one would inhale from the earth up through the soles of the feet to the crown (and through the crown into the heavens) and exhale down from the crown through the feet into the earth. This is very powerful, uniting heaven and earth and bringing healing and transformation to the planet and to all living creatures on the earth.
