RESUMEN
Para el correcto control y direccionamiento de una empresa dando sostenibilidad y buen clima
organizacional, siendo necesario desarrollar características propias de un líder, para que la empresa u
organización sienta un liderazgo y no una represión u opresión que los tenga sometidos.
El liderazgo, es una técnica o metodología que puede mejorar la capacidad de ejercer el poder con respeto
por lo demás, con responsabilidad, en el marco de unos valores y principios arraigados y comprometidos. El
líder es aquel que direcciona su poder para el servicio de una misma causa, que es movilizado por un
propósito que está más allá de sus metas y necesidades personales.
