My name is Sergio Andres Usuga, I am a SENA student of technology in

agribusiness management, I currently work as a freelancer on my own farm,
studying at the Sena has allowed me to acquire much more knowledge in the field
of agriculture, also how to manage my own farm. These skills have helped me to
have more leadership, teamwork and adaptation to change as well as I have
learned to listen effectively, write, have more empathy, think, etc.

Thanks to this study I can help solve complex problems, create new solutions and
make decisions as well as allow me to order, classify and use resources effectively,
Adaptability is the ability to accept changes. This skill has helped me gain more
confidence and be more flexible when I have to adapt to changes. Developing this
skill allows me to acquire new knowledge, so that when I have to adapt to change,
I will know how to act. Innovative thinking can help me become a leader and be a
successful professional. Innovation is the ability to think of alternative methods,
products, or ideas, and it's an important skill for us as students.
Thanks to the study of the Seine I have learned to develop perseverance, help me
to succeed and achieve long-term goals. Perseverance is the ability to remain
determined when faced with obstacles. Accepting challenges and seeing them as
an opportunity to grow can help us achieve business and produce what we set out
to do, this skill can help us complete projects and improve in our work environment.

Understanding and managing one's own emotions is fundamental for interpersonal

relationships, it is important to learn to identify emotions and express them
appropriately, foster the ability to positively influence others, make decisions and
guide projects or activities that help us to be better in our field of work.

• Who am I?

I am Sergio Andres Usuga, a person who loves sports and the countryside, I am
currently studying Agribusiness Management at the Sena sometimes with the
difficulties of not having good access to the internet, I miss many online sessions,
and sometimes I have problems uploading the works to the platform. That has not
been an impediment because I have managed to carry out my studies and be able
to finish my technology. I have not had much experience working in companies,
since I was a child I always worked on my parents' farm and I still do, my goal and
dream is to take the farm to another level, seek ICA certification and grow excellent
quality products.

• What program or position am I applying for?

I like a job where I can put into practice everything I have learned and thus be able
to help different producers improve their land and crops.

• Why am I eligible for this program or position?

Because of the skills I've acquired in my teaching, and because I have the ability
and knowledge to do so.

• What are my future goals?

To have my agricultural production center.
