INTRODUCCIÓN A LA OACI

OACI: Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional


ICAO: The International Civil Aviation Organization

- Fundada en: 1944: Con el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, Estados


Unidos promovió una conferencia con el fin de actualizar los acuerdos
internacionales sobre aviación civil.

- 193 países lo integran : 193 países lo integran el último país en unirse a


la Oaci fue isla dominica en 2019, nuestro país integra la Oaci desde sus
principios 1944.

- Su principal función: Promover la aviación civil internacional segura,


eficiente y sostenible.

- 96 artículos divididos en 4 partes y 19 anexos

ESTRUCTURA DE LA OACI

Asamblea: La Asamblea está integrada por todos los 36


Estados miembros, con un voto cada uno.
Consejo: El Consejo es un órgano permanente encargado del
gobierno de la OACI y es responsable ante la Asamblea, de la cual
recibe las instrucciones no previstas en la
Convención
Secretaría: Brazo administrativo, apoya a la Asamblea y al
Consejo
