Resumen

La evasión fiscal es un tema crucial en la economía de todos los países. Implica que ciertas

personas y empresas no cumplen con sus obligaciones tributarias de manera ética y legal, lo

que afecta negativamente la recaudación de impuestos y, por ende, el presupuesto nacional.

Este problema se ve agravado por la falta de sanciones ejemplares, lo que crea un ambiente

en el que la evasión fiscal puede prosperar. Las altas tasas impositivas también pueden

incentivar la evasión fiscal, ya que los contribuyentes pueden percibir que están siendo

gravados de manera injusta o que no obtienen un valor adecuado a cambio de sus

impuestos. En el caso de Colombia, el país está tomando medidas para combatir la evasión

fiscal, incluyendo la utilización de tecnología y acuerdos de intercambio de información

con otras naciones. Estos esfuerzos buscan reducir la elusión fiscal y garantizar que los

impuestos recaudados sean utilizados de manera efectiva en proyectos sociales y el

bienestar de la sociedad.

ABSTRACT

The tax evasion is a crucial topic in the economy aspects in all countries in the world. It

involves that some people and companies do not comply with their tributary or fiscal

responsibilities in an ethical and loyal way, this situation affect negatively the tax

collecting thus the national Budget.

This problem increases due to does not exist stronger or exemplary sanctions, it allows that

some evasion tax´s sceneries can succeed. the high tax base also can engage the tax

evasion, so the contributors can perceive that they will be taxed in an injustice way or

they do not get an appropriate value instead their taxes.

In the Colombian case, the country is implementing some actions to avoid the tax evasion

using technological tools and making information interchange with other nations. Those

efforts look for reduce the tax evasion and guarantee that the collect tax will be use in

social projects and the social welfare.
