Si tienes objetos de valor mejor guárdalos en
la caja fuerte, pues no nos hacemos
responsables de los que no se encuentren
dentro de la misma.

the safe, as we are not responsible for any
objects not kept in the safe.

2 Recomendación / Recommendation
Te recomendamos no tender la ropa y las
toallas mojadas en las barandillas del balcón,
así evitarás su posible perdida y nos ayudarás
a dar una mejor imagen.
We advise you not to hang your clothes or
wet towels to dry on the balcony railings. This
way you will avoid any possible loss and you
will help us give a better image.

3 Minibar y hielo / Minibar and ice

Reponemos diariamente de forma gratuita el
minibar. Si quieres que lo recarguemos más
veces al día (con cargo) o necesitas hielo,
contacta con Concierge Service.
We restock the minibar daily, free of charge. If
you would like to restock it more times a day
(at a charge) or if you would like ice service,
please contact Concierge Service.

4 Lavandería / Laundry
¿Quieres lavar o planchar algo de ropa?
Encontrarás dentro del armario un cartel con
un código QR donde aparecerán los precios y
la solicitud de bolsa / lista, para hacer tu
petición del servicio, Concierge Service te
informará y ayudará.
Do you want to wash or iron some clothes?
You will find inside the closet a sign with a QR
code with the prices and the list requested for
the service, Concierge Service will help you in
the process.

5 Enchufe / Socket
Si necesitas adaptadores para enchufes
puedes comprarlos en la Lobby Shop. El
voltaje es de 110v.
If you need plug adapters you can buy them
in the Lobby Shop. The voltage is 110v.

6 Toallas de piscina y playa / Pool and

beach towels
Puedes recoger toallas de piscina y playa en
los toalleros de la piscina. En caso de pérdida
deberá abonar $10 USD.
You can take your pool and beach towels at
the towel huts next to the pools. In case of
loss, we will charge you $10 USD.
