internacionales, sean entes públicos y/o privados, ante La cual se deba comprobar el estado de vacunación del titular de esta.

Los datos aquí expuestos provienen del Registro Nominal de Vacunación Electrónico del MSPyBS, a través del Sistema de
Intercambio de Información del Estado (SII), por lo que su contenido e integridad es exclusiva responsabilidad de este.

Conforme a lo dispuesto en los Artículos 13 y 14 del Decreto N° 8709/2018, toda información y documentos obtenidos mediante
el Servicio del Portal Único de Goblerno, proveniente del Sistema de intercambio de información, poseen plena validez para la
gestión de servicios o tramites en la administración pública.

organizations, whether they are public and/or private entities before which such vaccination status of the holder must be verified.

The data presented in this certificate derives from the Electronic Immunization Registry of the Ministry of Public Health and
Social Welfare (MSPyBS by its Spanish initials), through the State Information Exchange System (SII by its Spanish initials),
therefore, its content and integrity are the sole responsibility of the MSPyBS.

Pursuant to the provisions set out in Articles 13 and 14 of Decree No. 8709/2018, any information and documents obtained
through the Single Government Portal Service, deriving from the Information Exchange System have full validity for the
processing of services or documents in the public administration.
