La opinión
pública y la
imagen de
una
empresa
juegan un
papel
importante
en la vida
de la
misma.
Ambas son
parte
necesaria
para que
se logre un
posicionam
iento y un
afecto con
todo aquel
posible
cliente.

La opinión
pública, es
su más
bruto
aspecto, es
lo que la
masa
opina al
respecto
de uno.

Sea
empresa o individuo, si se juega un papel, o tiene un status llamativo en la sociedad, la gente lo tendrá en mira de sus actos y sus discursos, a la vez que sacará sus
conclusiones o ideas al respecto.

Aunque es mayormente observada en asuntos políticos que en otras áreas, la opinión pública es también un hecho para cualquier empresa. Cada acto o evento que
se haga, será visto por la masa, y al final dará qué opinar siempre. Por ello es bueno saber, como extra, acerca de la imagen pública.

La imagen pública, al igual que varias otras de menor grado, es la forma en cómo la sociedad ve a uno o muchos. La creación de ésta es inevitable, porque el cerebro
forma una aun siendo imaginaria. Es por ello que se debe tomar en cuenta ciertos puntos a la hora de empezarse a formar.

Al tener en cuenta lo anterior, se debe saber en sí la mejor forma de dirigirla y manipularla de acuerdo al entorno deseado. Para ello se debe formar un plan maestro
de imagen pública. La forma más eficaz de hacerlo es tomando en cuenta los siguientes factores:

- La imagen es mejor hacerla que reconstruirla.

- Cada acto de uno como empresa influye positiva o negativamente en la imagen.

- La titularidad la hace la imagen, y la imagen la hace la empresa.

Cuando se considera cada tip mencionado, la imagen se construirá de manera a favor de la empresa. Así como se podrá dirigir, aunque sea un poco, la opinión
pública que se tenga. Y esto puede fortalecer la empresa, mejorar su posicionamiento, y tener un mejor carisma en la sociedad.
