Por medio de la presente, le otorgo a: _______________________ un poder especial, pero

tan amplio, cumplido y bastante en cuanto a derecho se refiera, para que en mi nombre y
representación comparezca a la ASAMBLEA GENERAL ORDINARIA DE CONDÓMINOS
del Régimen de Propiedad en Condominio denominado “Departamentos Bahía del Tezal
Fase II”, que tendrá verificativo para dicho efecto dentro del Condominio ubicado en Lote 4
en la Fracción A en el Predio El Tezal, en Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, C.P. 23454,
México, el próximo día 28 de mayo a las 16:30 horas, facultándolo a representarme en
dicha Asamblea, firmar la lista de asistencia que corresponda y emitir la votación a que
tengo derecho.

Esta Carta-Poder, se le otorga con todas y cada una de las facultades señaladas en los
Estatutos de la Asociación y en el segundo párrafo del artículo 2554 del Código Civil. Este
mandato se considerará aceptado por el simple uso que de él haga el apoderado el cual se
extinguirá al cumplirse su objeto, sin necesidad de formalidad alguna.

Present.

By means of this, I grant to: _______________________ a special power of attorney, but as broad,
fulfilled and sufficient as far as law is concerned, so that in my name and representation he appears
at the ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF OWNERS of the Condominium Property Regime called
"Bahía del Tezal Phase II Apartments", which will have verification for this purpose within the
Condominium located in Lot 4 in Fraction A in the El Tezal Premises, in Cabo San Lucas, Baja
California Sur, C.P. 23454, Mexico, on May 28 at 4:30 p.m., empowering him to represent me in said
Assembly, sign the corresponding attendance list and cast the vote to which I am entitled.

This Power of Attorney is granted with each and every one of the powers indicated in the Statutes of
the Association and in the second paragraph of article 2554 of the Civil Code. This mandate will be
considered accepted by the simple use that the agent makes of it, which will be extinguished when
its purpose is fulfilled, without the need for any formality.
