LEYMA es una empresa situada en Urda (Toledo) especializada
en la fabricacion de mobiliario de baño en madera maciza de alta
calidad.
Con mas de 30 años de experiencia en el mercado, hemos con-
seguido llevar el arte de la carpinteria a la industria del mueble de
baño para la creacción de ambientes exclusivos e inigualables.
Llevamos a cabo un proceso de producción que garantiza que el
producto que fabricamos para nuestros clientes es 100% hecho en
España. Ademas utilizamos materias primas y componenetes de los
principales proveedores europeos para la fabricación de nuestros
muebles, con ello obtenemos como resultado muebles de baño de
la mas alta calidad y una funcionalidad optima.

refiere en protección de alta calidad con respeto por el medio

tacto totalmente natural, sin superposiciones, de gran durabilidad,

 CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA
1. GENERAL.
Cuando el cliente curse un pedido, supondrá que acepta a todos los efectos nuestras condiciones de venta. En el supuesto de que alguna de
las condiciones generales de venta, fuese sustituida, anuladas o resultasen no ejecutables por motivos legales, no se verá afectada la validez
de las demás condiciones, que permanecerán vigentes. En caso de insolvencia judicial o extrajudicial, procedimiento concursal del cliente o
incumplimiento total o parcial de los términos acordados, LEYMA tendrá el derecho a resolver la tasación sin necesidad de previo aviso y con
la posibilidad de reclamar la correspondiente indemnización por daños y perjuicios.
2. PEDIDOS Y ARTICULOS.
Todos los pedidos deberán ser enviados al email pedidos@leyma.net para su posterior confirmación.
LEYMA no aceptara anulaciones de pedidos o cambios pasadas 24 de su confirmación.
LEYMA se reserva el derecho de poder cambiar sin previo aviso total o parcialmente los artículos que aparecen en este catálogo
3. PRECIOS.
Los precios que aparecen en dicho catálogo, están expresados en € y no incluyen ningún tipo de impuestos. Los precios del catálogo, son
precios recomendados para la venta al público por LEYMA, dichos precios podrán ser modificados o variados sin previo aviso como LEYMA
estime oportuno. La venta se formalizará con los precios vigentes en el albarán y confirmación de pedido en el momento de la expedición de
los artículos.
Los precios serán los recomendados salvo error tipográfico.
4. DEVOLUCIONES.
Todas las devoluciones deberán realizarse bajo el consentimiento explícito de LEYMA por escrito, indicando el número de pedido, albarán y
factura a la que pertenece dicha devolución.
El cliente es el responsable de revisar la mercancía e informar de los posibles desperfectos que haya sufrido en el transporte en un plazo
máximo de 24 horas. La mercancía debe ser revisada en el momento de su recepción y en caso de comprobarse cualquier deterioro de la
misma, deberá comunicarse al empleado de la agencia de transporte para que conste en la nota de entrega así como notificarlo a LEYMA en
un plazo de máximo 24 horas. En caso de no apreciar desperfectos, el albarán siempre debe ser firmado haciendo constar la frase “conforme
salvo examen “. De no conformarse la descarga en estas condiciones, LEYMA no se hará cargo de los daños por rotura en transporte.
LEYMA no aceptara devoluciones de los productos que hayan sido instalados, y no se devuelvan en su embalaje original.
5. PROPIEDAD.
LEYMA, se reserva el derecho a la propiedad del material hasta que se haya efectuado el pago íntegro del mismo.
6. CONDICIONES DE PAGO.
El cliente se compromete a cumplir las condiciones de pago acordadas, que quedaran reflejadas en el albarán y en la factura.
7. GARANTÍA.
Los artículos de LEYMA, están garantizados conforme a la ley establecida en la normativa europea vigente. Se consideraran válidas las
reclamaciones realizadas en los 5 días posteriores a la entrega, la garantía no cubrirá los defectos ocasionados por transporte, instalación o
manipulación del cliente, así como un uso inadecuado del mismo.
8. PLAZOS DE ENTREGA.
LEYMA se compromete a suministrar los pedidos en el menor tiempo posible, en ningún caso el retraso de un pedido o parte del mismo, dará
lugar a indemnizaciones o el retraso del pago del mismo.
9. JURISDICCIÓN.
La buena fe y las relaciones con nuestros clientes, nos llevaran a no pensar en posibles reclamaciones judiciales, pero en caso de llegar a
ello, ambas partes se someterán las los Tribunales y Juzgados del domicilio del vendedor, de acuerdo a la ley española.
En caso de discrepancia sobre el cumplimiento de especificaciones o calidad, regirán las normas y métodos de comprobación de las mismas
por parte de LEYMA.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
La aplicación de las lacas sobre la madera, es un proceso artesanal y complejo donde intervienen elementos como la temperatura del
ambiente, la humedad relativa, la humedad propia del producto, las tramas de betas y texturas de cada tablero. Por tal motivo los colores
pueden variar de tono y /o intensidad según este particular.
Los colores representados en la fotografía, pueden variar con respecto a los colores y acabados de los muebles originales.

When the customer places an order, presumably he accepts our sale conditions for all purposes. In the event that any of the general sale
conditions of, were replaced, canceled or were not executable for legal reasons, the validity of the other conditions, which will remain in
force, will not be affected. In case of judicial or extrajudicial insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings of the client or total or partial breach of the
agreed terms, LEYMA will have the right to resolve the appraisal without prior notice and with the possibility of claiming the corresponding
compensation for damages.
2. ORDERS AND ARTICLES.
All orders must be sent to the email pedidos@leyma.net for later confirmation.
LEYMA will not accept cancellations of orders past 24 hours after their confirmation.
LEYMA reserves the right to be able to change the items that appear in this catalog without total or partial notice.
3. PRICES.
The prices that appear in this catalog are in € and do not include any type of taxes. The catalog prices are recommended retail prices by
LEYMA, these prices may be modified or varied without prior notice as LEYMA deems appropriate. The sale will be formalized with the prices
in force on the delivery note and order confirmation at the time of shipment of the items.
The prices will be those recommended except typographic error.
4. RETURN OF GOODS.
All returns of goods must be made under the explicit consent of LEYMA in writing, indicating the order number, delivery note and invoice to
which mentioned returned goods belong.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the merchandise and informing of the possible damages that it has suffered in the transport within
maximum 24 hours. The merchandise must be checked at the time of receipt and if any deterioration of the same is verified, it must be
communicated to the employee of the transport agency for the record of delivery as well as notify LEYMA within a maximum period of 24
hours. In case of not appreciating damages, the delivery note must always be signed stating the phrase "agree unless examined". Failure to
comply with the discharge under these conditions, LEYMA will not be responsible for damage due to breakage in transport.
LEYMA will not accept returns of products that have been installed, and that will not be returned in their original packaging
5. PROPERTY.
LEYMA, reserves the right to ownership of the material until full payment has been made.
6. PAYMENT TERMS.
The customer undertakes to comply with the agreed payment terms, which will be reflected in the delivery note and in the invoice.
7. GUARANTEE.
The articles of LEYMA, are guaranteed according to the law established in current European regulations. Claims made within 5 days after
delivery will be considered valid, the warranty will not cover defects caused by transport, installation or handling of the client, as well as
improper use of it.
8. TIMES OF DELIVERY.
LEYMA undertakes to supply the orders in the shortest possible time, in no case the delay of an order or part thereof, will result in compensation
or the delay of payment thereof.
9. JURISDICTION.
The good faith and the relationship with our clients, will lead us not to think about possible legal claims, but in case of reaching it, both parties
will submit the Courts and Courts of the seller's domicile, according to Spanish law.
In case of discrepancy on compliance with specifications or quality, the rules and methods of checking them by LEYMA will govern.
