CONDITIONALS

En inglés existen varios tipos de condicionales, entre ellos, el first

conditional. Este tipo de condicional se usa en situaciones en las que si se
cumple una condición, es probable que se dé un resultado determinado.
 FIRST CONDITIONAL
If + sujeto + present simple, sujeto + future simple

1. If he tells the truth, they will forgive him. / Si dice la verdad, lo

perdonarán.
2. If we leave now we will arrive on time. / Si salimos ahora lleguaremos
a tiempo.
3. If we are not there when they arrive, they will wait at the pub. / Si
no estamos allí cuando lleguen, van esperarnos en el pub.
4. If you start doing exercise, you will lose some weight. / Si comienzas
a hacer ejercicio perderás peso.
5. If you find a mistake, I will correct it. / Si encuentras un error yo lo
arreglaré.
6. If it gets cold, I will use my coat. / Si hace frío usaré mi abrigo.
7. If you need money, I will lend it to you. / Si necesitas dinero yo te lo
prestaré.
8. If everyone agrees, we will go on a trip. / Si todos están de acuerdo
iremos de viaje.
9. If you train, you will have a better performance. / Si entrenas
tendrás un mejor desempeño.
10. If you go to the doctor, he will give you some medicine. / Si vas a ver
al médico te dará medicamentos.
11. If you ask for it, they will assign you to the new project. / si lo pides
te asignarán el nuevo proyecto.
12. If you want, I will go by your house later. / Si quiere te visitaré más
tarde.
13. If you eat well, your health will improve. / Si comes bien tu salud
mejorará.
14. If you don’t like the color, I will change it. / si no te gusta el color
puedo cambiarlo.
15. If it starts raining, we will have to cancel the marathon. / Si
comienza a llover deberemos cancelar la maratón.
16. If they get to an agreement, they will not have to go to trial. / Si
llegan a un acuerdo no deberán ir a juicio.
17. If you treat him better, he will be nicer too. / Si lo tratas mejor él
también sera más agradable
