Introduction
myPlant* is a web-based platform used by GE support personnel in the
24x7 Quick Response Centers to support GE customers.

myPlant* uses a centralized, secure system to store data and engine


messages transmitted every 30 seconds by the DIA.NE* control system.

Where engines are connected to myPlant, the Quick Response Center


teams are able to remotely diagnose and resolve 60% of issues.

Depending upon their access level, customers and service providers can
have access to myPlant.
