INFORME Nº 050:2022 INSPECCION DE BOBINA DE BAJA ROTACION – PLANTA LURIN.

Asunto: Inspección de bobinas.

El motivo del presente informe es para comunicar el resultado de cada lote revisado de la lista de bobinas entregadas
por el jefe de logística por tener un bajo nivel de rotación, lo cual fue inspeccionado en los almacenes de TUPEMESA,
ubicado en Av. Industrial Nro. S/n Z.I. Predio Almonte (Altura Km.40 Antigua Pana. Sur)

Del listado entregado se puede concluir que se tiene un total de 149 lotes de bobinas en planta Tupemesa Lurin y 77
lotes en los almacenes de Rasan, Callao.

Respecto a los lotes revisados, ubicados en planta Tupemesa Lurin, se puede concluir que de los 149 lotes, 80 fueron ya
consumidos y 69 aún están en existencia y estos fueron inspeccionados, obteniendo los resultados indicados en las
conclusiones de este documento.

Defectos con mayor frecuencia:

Definiciones:

• Bobina golpeada: Material dañado durante su almacenamiento y/o traslado.

• Bobina oleada en el centro:
• Borde de bobina sulfatado:
• Borde de la tarascara sin recubrimiento:
• Espira interior deformado:
• Bobina sin film:
• Oxido externo:
• Primeras capas dañadas:
Defecto de manufactura que muestra bordes ondeados parcialmente.
Presencia de sulfato parcial en el borde la bobina.
Defecto de manufactura por falta de recubrimiento parcial.
Espira dañada durante su almacenamiento y/o traslado.
Defecto de manufactura parcialmente.
Oxido superficial, no se considera crítico.
Bajo porcentaje de material dañado.

Después de la inspección realizada podemos concluir que cada lote observado tiene defectos que en su mayoría no son
críticos lo cual detallamos en el resultado de inspección adjunto.

Esta pendiente culminar la inspección de las bobinas ubicadas en el almacén de Rasan, Callao, lo cual se estará retomando
previo habilitado del material.
