SOT de baja de RPV

Procedimiento para sot de baja.

Se toma como ejemplo el CID

CID 816224.
SE asignan recursos:
Vlan: 1076
VRF: 01518
Wan: 10.10.62.164/30

1. Baja de recursos

1.1 Se liberan los recursos correspondientes de SGA, recurso de IP`s, de chasis, se limpia
el link de url. Debe quedar asi. Todo este proceso se hace en provisionamiento

 Desasignar tanto en el metro y chasis

  Limpiar información del chasis

Provisionamiento->Transacciones->Inventario de Equipo de Red

 Así debe quedar.

 1.2 Liberar recursos de IP WAN

Se debe borrar las IP WAN

SGA->Provisionamiento->Inventario de IP por Cliente

Liberación de IP WAN

SGA->Provisionamiento->Inventario de clase C

Liberación de IP Loopback

SGA->Provisionamiento->Inventario de clase C

1.3 Liberar VLAN Y VRF

Proceso para VLAN.

Se busca el archivo donde provisiona tu Acceso.

Así debe quedar.

Luego guardamos el Documento. Recordar que se debe cerrar el archivo.

Proceso VRF

Se procede abrir el archivo “VRF_IPDATA_ATM_VPLS”

Ubicas tu VRF, luego de ello se procede a eliminar tu VRF.

2. Fijarnos en SGA->Operaciones->Control de tareas-> CNS(NOC)->Filtrar tu SOT

Se debe fijar una SOT de “Baja total del servicio – CNS” deben cerrar:
Fecha fin (fecha del dia ejecución)
Fecha Cierre (fecha com SOT)

Realizar el siguiente procedimiento. Hacer doble click en la SOT de baja para ingresar a la
siguiente pantalla.
Se debe colocar la fecha de cierre de la SOT (fecha com SOT) – Fecha Fin (fecha del dia
ejecución)- el estado en CERRADA y salir.

Automaticamente se genera otra SOT con nombre “Activación/Desactivación del servicio”. El

cual se tiene dos SOT’s con el mismo numero:
Se debe Ingresar dando doble click a la SOT “Activación/Desactivación del servicio” ir a la
pestaña “FUNCIONES”- “OPCIONES” – “ACTIVAR SERVICIOS”.

Se debe modificar la “fecha Servicio” con la fecha de compromiso de cierre de la SOT y

presionar el boton “ACTUALIZAR PUNTOS” el cual actualizara la fecha de compromiso
ingresada.

Luego Ir a la pestaña “ACTUALIZAR MEDIO DE ACCESO”:

Luego ir al botón “ACTIVAR” dentro de la siguiente ventana presionar el botón “ACTUALIZAR” Y

“APROBAR” donde se podrá visualizar el cambio de color del estado “Ejecutado” de azul a
color negro.
Luego Grabar y Salir.

Para culminar ingresar ACTIVACION/DESACTIVACION nos enviara a la siguiente ventana donde

se debera cerrar la SOT.
Así debe quedar
