recipiente de PHU

2. Colocación de la Carne – Área de Descarga


• Carne 1: Carril trasero – (más 1
próximo a la cámara de cocción)

• Carne 2: Carril delantero –


(más próximo a usted) 2

3. Estabilización de la Temperatura de la Carne


• De cara hacia el área de descarga,
inmediatamente (antes de 3 segundos)
recoja la Carne 1 y colóquela encima de 1 2
la Carne 2 y transfiera ambas carnes a 1
la bandeja de cocción
• ESPERE 15 segundos antes de 2
insertar la sonda

4. Tome La Temperatura de la Carne
