Phrasal Verbs intransitivos
• They called off the wedding
• They called it off
• They called off it (INCORRECTO)

FAMILY
I must say that I get along well with my family. I got to grow up with four
older siblings, so there was always someone to look up to. My oldest sister
loved to look after me and give me chocolate when our parents weren’t
looking. We were always getting into mischief, and our parents constantly
told off my older siblings for leading me astray. As I watched my brothers
and sisters grow up and settle down, I started feeling lonely. It was very
hard for me to watch us grow apart. The last time I saw everyone get
together was at our mother’s birthday. She has terminal cancer and was
about to pass away, so we all made the effort.
líos y nuestros padres reñían continuamente a mis hermanos mayores
hacían mayores echaban raíces, empecé a sentirme sola.
