No se han descrito como causantes de enfermedades en personas sanas
Se trabaja con ellos en BSL-1.
GRUPO DE RIESGO 2: ingestión
Pueden producir enfermedades si se introducen vía percutánea
Enfermedades de Riesgo Medio vía membrana mucosa
Se trabajo con ellos en BSL-2
GRUPO DE RIESGO 3:
Causan enfermedades graves
Potencialmente Letales
Se transmiten por vía aerosólica
GRUPO DE RIESGO 4:
Agentes de alto riesgo de transmitir enfermedades letales
Se transmiten por aerosoles
NO EXISTE TRATAMIENTO EN LA ACTUALIDAD

En base al 1er Trabajo Autónomo: Buscar los Grupos de Riesgo Biológico al que pertenecen
los siguientes microorganismos:
A.- Vibrio cholerae CECT512 B.- Aspergillus niger CECT2088 C.- Xanthomonas campestris
D.- Pseudomonas aeruginosa E.- Salmonella typhi (409 T) F.- Clostridium botulinum CECT551
En base a la Sección III del BMBL contestar para cada microorganismo:
1.- ¿En qué tipo de BSL se ha de trabajar?
2.- ¿Cuándo hay que lavarse las manos?
3.- ¿Con qué cepas se permite pipetear con la boca? ¿Y maquillarse? ¿Y manipular lentillas?
4.- ¿Qué se hace con los restos de cultivos?
5.- ¿En qué BSL ha de haber un programa de desinsectación y contra roedores?
6.- ¿Con qué cepa no se permite el acceso a personas con riesgo de infectarse?
7.- ¿Con qué cepa el personal tiene que tener una formación específica
para el trabajo con patógenos?
8.- ¿Con qué cepa se debería vacunar el personal?
9.- ¿Con qué cepas se ha de trabajar en laboratorios con puertas de cierre automático?
10.- ¿Con qué cepas se requiere que las ventanas estén selladas?
11.- ¿Con qué cepas se debería trabajar en un laboratorio con lavabo automático
o que no requiera usarse con las manos?

Conclusions
2.- P. putida KT2440 is safe while additional tests for B. cepacia should be
implemented before use.
4.- EHSI represents a harmonized protocol and adaptable for bacterial release
purposes.
