INGRESAR A LA CIUDAD DE TEBAS

From this moment I will have a new husband, young, handsome and we will form a new family.
NARRADOR: MUY AGRADECIDO POR TAL RECOMPENSA, EDIPO SE HIZO CARGO DEL TRONO Y FORMO UNA
FAMILIA CON YOCASTA
ACTO X
CUADRO: Reino de Tebas.
NARRADOR: PASARON LOS AÑOS, EDIPO Y YOCASTA TUVIERON CUATRO HIJOS POLINICES, ETEOCLES , ANTÍGONA
E ISMENE.
Let me come back to my house, it will be better for you. You will see that tomorrow you will know the truth. And
if you still don't understand my actions, show me the greatest hatred in your heart.
palabra alguna a ningún ciudadano.
If that is your wish. From now on you will not speak to anyone. You and only you, have been the damned polluter
of this country. You killed the man and now you're looking for the killers. And you have joined in marriage with
your mother.
Although you are king, we both have the same right to reply. And you have despised me for my blindness, let me
tell you that although you can see, you are blind. You do not understand your misfortune, because you do not know
where you live and with whom you live. You will end up blind. You who are now rich, later you will be in misery
and fleeing from this place
In the Phocis. We know the news shortly before you took the throne.
Edipo: ¡Por Zeus!
He was tall, he had gray hair, and he didn't look too different from you.
It was him and another companion who is alive.
The survivor said that the king had been killed by bandits, so you will not be involved
(Sale Edipo cabizbajo)
NARRADOR.
Today a servant came to tell me that Oedipus's father has died naturally and for a long time Oedipus has been away
from his father so as not to kill him, the servant brought the news to Oedipus and also confessed that Polibus was
his adoptive father.
CIEGO, MENDIGO, TANTEANDO
CON EL BASTÓN LA TIERRA SOBRE LA QUE HABÍA REINADO, SALIÓ DESGRACIADO EDIPO DE TEBAS ACOMPAÑADO
DE SU HIJA ANTÍGONA.
