1. Se cuenta con información muestral recogida aleatoriamente de los registros de salarios de los
empleados de la financiera “MI BANCO” por sucursales rurales, urbanas y suburbana, siendo
estos los siguientes:

Para un α=0.05, ¿Da lo mismo encontrarse en cualesquiera de las sucursales para percibir
sueldos altos o bajos en la financiera MI BANCO? (5 ptos.)

2. TRACE, agencia de publicidad ubicada en la ciudad de Trujillo, tiene por contrato realizar un
estudio para determinar si dos tipos de anuncios captan de igual forma la atención de los jóvenes
de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo. Para dicho fin, se selecciona aleatoriamente a 12
universitarios y se conformaron 6 pares en base a sus promedios ponderados obtenidos en el
último semestre. Los miembros de cada par fueron asignados aleatoriamente a uno de los 2
auditorios en donde se les presentarán los anuncios. Considerar que en el auditorio 1 se expuso
anuncios de comidas y en el auditorio 2 se expuso anuncios de bebidas; los anuncios tienen
duración similar; registrándose a continuación los tiempos de atención en segundos de los
participantes en el estudio:

3. Se desea estudiar si la implementación del brevete por puntos ha determinado cambios

significativos en la conducta de los conductores en cuanto a las infracciones de tránsito. Para
dicho fin se han elegido aleatoriamente a 28 conductores con más de dos años de experiencia y
se ha anotado para cada uno de ellos sus respuestas a 3 variables que responden a infracciones
de tránsito, siendo estas:

V1: ¿En cuánto a la última papeleta que recibió ¿cree usted que le fue impuesta porque
efectivamente cometió infracción? (0: No y 1: Si)
V2: ¿1 año antes del brevete por puntos cometió infracción? (0: No y 1: Si)
V3: ¿1 año después del brevete por puntos cometió infracción? (0: No y 1: Si)

2) It is desired to study if the implementation of the points permit has determined significant
changes in the behavior of drivers in terms of traffic violations. For this purpose, 28 drivers
with more than two years of experience have been randomly chosen and their responses to 3
variables that respond to traffic violations have been noted for each of them, these being:

V1: Regarding the last ballot you received, do you think it was imposed on you because you
actually committed an infraction? (0: No and 1: Yes)
V2: 1 year before the license for points, did you commit an infraction? (0: No and 1: Yes)
