Live On Max será transmitido en HBO Max.

Podrá participar cualquier persona mayor de 18 años de edad cumplida a la fecha del registro.
No está limitado y/o condicionado a ninguna nacionalidad, sin embargo, habrá países en los que NO será transmitido.
Aproximadamente 250 participantes que completen y envíen con precisión la información solicitada pueden ser invitados a
participar en el espectáculo interactivo de Mau y Ricky. La participación en el espectáculo consiste en aparecer en las pantallas de
televisión en el escenario del espectáculo, y la posibilidad de ser seleccionado como uno de los afortunados fans que interactuarán
con el artista durante el espectáculo.
Para el registro es importante considerar los siguientes puntos:
La inscripción será únicamente a través del presente cuestionario.
Todo participante deberá tener acceso a un dispositivo digital (celular, Tablet, computadora) con las siguientes características:
Capacidad de grabación en full HD (1080) o superior, entrada de audio a través de auriculares y/o micrófono y conexión a internet.
Todo participante deberá contar con un correo electrónico válido.
Serán descalificados los Participantes que publiquen en redes sociales de HBO, Sony y/o filiales información, personal o de un
tercero,o utilizar los servicios de la misma con el fin de atentar –directa o indirectamente- contra los derechos de otros participantes;
que inciten
o promuevan la realización de actos delictivos, xenófobos, terroristas o degradantes; o de carácter pornográfico, obsceno, violento
o que atenten contra la ley, la moral o las buenas costumbres.
Llenar el formulario no asegura la participación en el show.
Para recibir el link para entrar al show interactivo, el invitado deberá llenar el cuestionario, firmar y enviar el NDA (Acuerdo de
Confidencialidad) y el documento de “Liberación de Uso de Imagen”, respaldado con un Identificación Oficial Vigente..

Reglas de participación en show y restricciones:
No podrán mostrarse marcas reconocibles y no reconocibles en pantalla en ropa y objetos/productos alrededor del
participante. No podrán ingerir bebidas alcohólicas durante la transmisión.
No podrán fumar durante la transmisión frente a la cámara.
Cualquier persona que aparezca en las pantallas durante la transmisión está autorizando de manera intrínseca el uso de su
imagen.No está permitido el uso de palabras altisonantes tanto en el video de participación como en la interacción con los artistas.
Ninguna persona podrá mostrar desnudez parcial o total.
El participante será descalificado cuando su participación y/o publicaciones representen una amenaza contra la integridad de las
personas involucradas en el show o la reputación de las compañías involucradas.
El participante será descalificado cuando los concursantes se valgan de maniobras fraudulentas o de mala fe para manipular la
Actividad
o sus resultados.
El participante será descalificado cuando los registros de los participantes no coinciden con los datos suministrados.
Al llenar este cuestionario aceptas los términos y condiciones expuestos y declaro que toda la información proporcionada es
verdadera. Sony Music Entertainment US Latin LLC ("Sony") se reserva el derecho de admisión y puede revocar cualquier invitado a
participar.
Tu participación en estos conciertos no generará ningún tipo de compensación monetaria, regalos, premios, promoción o beneficio
alguno.
La invitación a este evento no garantiza tu aparición y/o participación en pantalla.
Sony no tiene responsabilidad alguna en relación con cualquier invitación y / o participación en un concierto de Live On Max,
incluyendo, sin limitación, cualquier falla tecnológica que pueda resultar en la interrupción o cancelación de un concierto de Live On
Max, o la falla de un Concierto Live On Max que ocurra, ni por ninguna causa, evento o razón que pueda resultar en su incapacidad
para unirse, ver, escuchar o participar en un concierto Live On Max.
Datos Personales
El Participante autoriza y consiente que sus datos sean tratados e incorporados a un fichero cuyo responsable es la casa
productora Abrakadabra TV, que los utilizará para gestionar correctamente la participación de los invitados.
El Participante garantiza que todos los datos facilitados son verdaderos.
Los participantes autorizan a HBO/Sony para documentar la experiencia del evento en video y fotos que se usarán durante y
después del Evento con fines publicitarios.
Los Participantes autorizan a HBO/Sony para publicar su nombre completo y su imagen y/o voz con fines informativos y/o
publicitarios relacionados con la difusión de la presente Actividad en redes sociales y/o medios digitales sin que de ello se derive
contraprestación alguna.

Live On Max will be transmitted on: HBO Max
Only persons over 18 years of age on the date of registration are eligible to participate.
The show is not limited to and/or conditioned for a specific nationality, however, there will be territories where it will NOT be
broadcast. Approximately 250 participants who accurately complete and submit the information requested below may be invited
to participate in the interactive show of Mau y Ricky . Participation in the show consists of appearing on television screens on the
stage of the performance, and the possibility of being selected as one of the lucky fans who will interact with the artist during the
show. Some important things to note when registering:
Registration will only be through this questionnaire.
All participants must have access to a digital device (cell phone, tablet, computer) with the following characteristics: Full HD
recording capacity (1080) or higher, audio input through headphones and/or microphone and internet connection
All participants must have a valid email address
Participants who post personal or third-party information on the social platforms of HBO, Sony and/or affiliates, or use said services
to directly or indirectly violate the rights of other participants; that incite or promote criminal, xenophobic, terrorist or degrading acts;
or make posts of a pornographic, obscene, violent nature or that violate the law, morals or good customs; will be disqualified.
Filling out the form does not guarantee participation in the show.
To receive the link to access the interactive show the guest must fill out the questionnaire, sign and send the NDA (Non-
Disclosure Agreement), as well as the Appearance Release and a government-issued form of identification.
We reserve the right of
admission.Rules and restrictions:
Recognizable and non-recognizable brands may not be displayed on screen on clothing and/or objects/products around
the participant. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed during the transmission.
Participants may not smoke while broadcasting in front of the camera.
Anyone who appears on the screens during the transmission is inherently authorizing the use of their image.
The use of improper language is not allowed both in the participation video nor in the interaction with the artists.
They may not show partial or total nudity.
The guest will be disqualified if their participation and/or posts represent a threat to the integrity of the people involved in
the show or the reputation of the companies involved.
The guest will be disqualified if the contestants use fraudulent maneuvers or bad faith to manipulate the activity or its
results. The guest will be disqualified if the records of the participants do not match the data provided.
By submitting a request to be a participant in a Live On Max concert, you agree that:
Any invitation to participate in a Live On Max concert may be revoked by Sony Music Entertainment US Latin LLC (“Sony”) at any
time, in Sony’s sole discretion;
Any invitation and/or your participation in any such concert does not have any dollar value, nor do they equate to a thing of value,
nor a prize of any contest, drawing or promotion;
Any invitation to participate in a Live On Max concert does not guarantee that you will participate, nor attend virtually, nor appear on
screen.
Sony shall have no liability whatsoever in connection with any invitation to and/or participation in a Live On Max concert, including
without limitation for any technological failures which may result in the interruption or cancellation of a Live On Max concert, or the
failure of a Live On Max concert to occur, nor for any cause, event or reason which may result in your inability to join, watch, listen to or
participate in a Live On Max concert.
Personal Data
The Participant authorizes and consents that their data be processed and incorporated into a file whose responsibility is the
Production Company Abrakadabra TV, which will use them to correctly manage the selection of participants.
The Participant guarantees that all the information provided is true.
The Participant authorize HBO/Sony to document the event experience on video and photos to be used during and after the Event
foradvertising purposes.
The guests authorize HBO/Sony to publish their full name and their image and/or voice for informational and/or
advertising purposesrelated to the dissemination of this Activity on social networks and/or digital media without any compensation.
