(Guía de estilo y citación de la American Anthropology Association)

Las citas dentro del texto deben realizarse mencionando el primer apellido del autor, el año de publicación de la
obra y la página; todo ello debe ir dentro de paréntesis según el siguiente ejemplo: (Benavidez, 1998: 125). La
bibliografía debe ceñirse en lo posible al siguiente modelo de la American Anthropologist Association (recuerde
que para citar el lugar se menciona la ciudad de edición y no de impresión, guíese por el copyright de la obra.
También procure escribir el nombre completo del autor y no sólo las iniciales pues se pueden presentar
problemas al momento de identificar una obra):

menciona que. . ."

V. Casos judiciales:
Pueden ser mencionados en el texto pero no en la bibliografía. Debe usarse el siguiente sistema: (Doe v. U.Mich.,
721 F. Suplemento 852 [1989]). Ver Chicago 16.174 para detalles.
