ENTREVISTADORA: Buenos dias, bienvenidos a las instalaciones de la Empresa “ COMPURED SAC

“ El dia de hoy ,luego de haber recibido diversos Cv .ustdes jóvenes han sido seleccionados para
poder realizar el proceso de entrevista grupal para el puesto de asistente administrativo del área
de ventas modalidad tiempo completo , donde se evaluará su desenvolvimiento , actitudes , y sus
principales competencias a desarrollar.

Para empezar, me gustaría que cada uno se presente y me diga por qué le gustaría formar parte
de nuestra empresa

Postulante 1: buenos días a cada uno de ustedes, mi nombre es “Carlos callupe ” y me gustaría
formar parte de esta prestigiosa empresa para poder plasmar mis conocimientos obtenidos en mi
alma mater “IESTP Argentina” y apoyar a lograr los objetivos de la empresa.

Postulante 2: Buenos días, mi nombre es el Wilys , tengo 26 años , egresado de la universidad San
Marcos de la carrera de Administración de empresas cuento con conocimientos básicos en Excel,
tengo 1 año de experiencia en el puesto que solicita

Postulante 3: Buenas días con todos, mi nombre es Valeria Quillca tengo 25 años , actualmente
me encuentro en los últimos ciclos de la carrera de administración ,y estoy aquí porque me
gustaría desarrollar mis conocimientos en el área de ventas , y va relacionado con mis fortalezas ya
que soy una persona alegre y comunicativa.

ENTREVISTADORA : Muy bien jóvenes, ahora quiero que me digan que valores y habilidades
poseen y consideran necesarias para desempeñarse en su puesto de trabajo.

Postulante 1: considero que el respeto y la responsabilidad serán fundamentales , y poseo la

habilidad de trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.

Postulante 2: los valores que poseo son la honestidad y la responsabilidad y tengo la capacidad
de tomar la inciativa y trabajar en equipo.

Postulante 3: Los valores que poseo son la generosidad y gratitud con las personas de mi vida y
trabajo, como les habia comentado tengo la habilidad de comunicarme facilmente con las
personas.

ENTREVISTADORA: bueno, coméntenme sobre su última experiencia laboral

Postulante 1: tuve la oportunidad de desempeñarme en el puesto de supervisor de ventas en la

empresa TODITITO SAC , en el cual aprendí la importancia del trabajo en equipo.

Postulante 2: la ultima experiencia laboral que tuve fue en la empresa COMPUTER SAC , donde
me desempeñé como asistente adminitstrativo por el transcurso de un año.
Postulante 3: mi ultima experiencia laboral fue en la empresa GSS, en donde me desempeñé como
asistente de ventas por el transcurso de 1 año.

ENTREVISTADORA: para culminar, Que les motivaría dia a día a dar su mayor esfuerzo si recibe el
puesto.

Postulante 1: lo que motiva día a día es de poder cumplir con mis sueños propios además de
desarrollarme tanto personal como profesionalmente

Postulante 2: lo que me motivaría es saber , que con el aporte de mis conocimientos se pueda
alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.

Postulante 3: lo que motiva es seguir creciendo en lo personal y profesional.

INTERVIEWER: Good morning, welcome to the facilities of the Company "COMPURED SAC" Today,
after having received various CVs, young people have been selected to be able to carry out the
group interview process for the position of administrative assistant in the modality sales area. full
time, where their development, attitudes, and their main skills to develop will be evaluated.

To begin with, I would like everyone to introduce themselves and tell me why they would like to
be part of our company

Applicant 1: good morning to each one of you, my name is Carlos callupe and I would like to be
part of this prestigious company to be able to translate my knowledge obtained in my alma mater
"IESTP Argentina" and support to achieve the objectives of the company .

Applicant 2: Good morning, my name is Wily, I am 26 years old, graduated from San Marcos
University from the Business Administration career I have basic knowledge in Excel, I have 1 year
of experience in the position you are applying for

Applicant 3: Good morning to everyone, my name is Valeria Quillca I am 25 years old, I am

currently in the last cycles of the administration career, and I am here because I would like to
develop my knowledge in the sales area, and it is related to my strengths since I am a cheerful and
communicative person.

INTERVIEWER: Very good young people, now I want you to tell me what values and skills you have
and consider necessary to perform in your job.

Applicant 1: I believe that respect and responsibility will be essential, and I have the ability to work
as a team and under pressure.

Applicant 2: the values I have are honesty and responsibility and I have the ability to take the
initiative and work as a team.
Applicant 3: The values I have are generosity and gratitude to the people in my life and work, as I
have mentioned, I have the ability to communicate easily with people.

INTERVIEWER: well, tell me about your latest work experience

Applicant 1: I had the opportunity to work as a sales supervisor at TODITITO SAC, in which I
learned the importance of teamwork.

Applicant 2: the last work experience I had was in the company COMPUTER SAC, where I worked
as an administrative assistant for the course of a year.

Applicant 3: my last work experience was in the GSS company, where I worked as a sales assistant
for the course of 1 year.

INTERVIEWER: To conclude, that would motivate you every day to give your best effort if you
receive the position.

Applicant 1: what motivates day by day is to be able to fulfill my own dreams in addition to
developing myself both personally and professionally

Applicant 2: what would motivate me is to know that with the contribution of my knowledge the
objectives of the company can be achieved.

Applicant 3: what motivates is to continue growing personally and professionally.
