2. PRESENTACION
This learning guide focuses on remembering the technical vocabulary and the topics that have been
studied. Apprentices will review the expressions through posters about some topics at work as an
administrative assistant. So apprentice could develop a questionnaire, completing technical
conversations as an evaluation.

3.4.1.The apprentice is going to listen to a native speaker who is explaining a Typical Day of
an Administrative Assistant. Then, he/she is going to complete the dialogues with the
words from the list in the correct form and practice the pronunciation, and get a group andl
present it to the class in oral form.

Dialogue 1 :
A: What does your company do?

Dialogue 2

B: No, I don't.
