 Cualquier duda sobre las actividades, comunicarse con la profesora de la materia.
 Todas las actividades se realizarán en una libreta para la materia de inglés, ya sea nueva o reciclada, ya
que se revisarán regresando a las clases presenciales.
 Los alumnos tienen 2 días para entregar sus actividades (Viernes y Sábado)
 Enviar las actividades al correo electrónico proporcionado o en su defecto al whatsapp en formato pdf o en
fotografías claras, DE TODA LA PÁGINA DE LA LIBRETA (no por pedacitos, NO ENVIAR LA MISMA TAREA
DOS VECES, 1 vez nada más, pero TODAS LAS TAREAS)
 Todas las actividades que se presentan, se deben de escribir en la libreta de Inglés y se traducen, sólo las
partes que se te indican.
 Se pide un poco de paciencia ya que son alrededor de 420 alumnos, a los que se les revisan las tareas, SI
NO ESTÁN COMPLETAS, SE LES DARÁ OPORTUNIDAD A TODOS DE ENTREGAR EN OTRO MOMENTO, y
se tienen que volver a revisar, si el alumno cumple con las tareas, se anotarán en la lista, si el alumno NO
CUMPLE, se quedará con las tareas que haya hecho bien.
 Lee las instrucciones, para que sepas claramente lo que debes hacer. No tienes que escribir las
instrucciones en tú libreta.

DEFINICIÓN DE HIJO.
“Un hijo es un ser que Dios nos prestó para hacer un curso intensivo de cómo amar a
alguien más que a nosotros mismos, de cómo cambiar nuestros peores defectos para
darles los mejores ejemplos y, de nosotros, aprender a tener coraje. Sí, ¡Eso es! Ser

“HEALTHY HABITS FOR TEENS”


It is very important that you get a medical check-up at least once a year. However, you can prevent
diseases by having good and healthy habits. You can be healthier by making small changes in your eating
and physical activity habits.
Eat 5 times a day.
Avoid eating junk food such as French fries, cookies, hamburgers and candy; and include in your diet
fruits like apple; melon, pear, orange, banana, pineapple and vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, lettuce
and spinach. Fruits and vegetables are nutritional powerhouses, because, they contain fiber, vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants. Fruits and vegetables are a vital part of a healthy diet. Healthy eating habits prevent diseases such as heart
disease, diabetes, anemia, cancer and some others.
Rush to brush.
Brush your teeth three times a day. If you do it, you will keep your teeth white and healthy. Also it is important to go to the
dentist for a regular checkups and cleanings at least twice a year. A good dental care prevents cavities and plaque formation.
Do exercise.

Everybody should do exercise. Activity can make you stronger and more flexible. You don´t (do
not) need a gym. You can ride a bicycle, go skating or even dance! Exercise prevents obesity, heart
disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis and other diseases. These changes will help you feel
better now and be healthier for the rest of your life!
