1. CARACTERÍSTICAS
El conmutador de 3 líneas con 8 extensiones nos permite introducir 3 líneas
telefónicas para ser asignadas hasta a 8 extensiones y/o comunicación entre
las extensiones sin utilizar la línea telefónica.

2.2 Seguridad
Ponga atención a las siguientes medidas de seguridad antes de instalar:
1. El conmutador debe colocarse en una superficie estable y con buena
ventilación. Evite la luz del sol de manera directa o que se encuentre en
ambientes flamables.
2. El conmutador deberá tener espacio libre alrededor a fin de evitar
calentamiento.
3. Mantenga el conmutador alejado de otros equipos que produzcan ruido
electromagnético (como motores o transformadores).
4. Trate de evitar que la instalación pase por antenas con el fin de evitar
interferencias.
5. Evite que el cable de corriente entre en contacto con agua. En caso de que
suceda, corte la energía eléctrica inmediatamente.
6. No golpee ni sacuda el conmutador bajo ninguna circunstancia.
7. No realice instalaciones durante tormentas eléctricas.
8. Evite usar teléfonos durante tormentas eléctricas.
3. PROGRAMACIÓN DE SISTEMA
3.1 Antes de programar
•603Toda la programación debe ser realizada en las extensiones 601, 602,
o 604.
• Todas las extensiones deben tener un teléfono dual con multi-frecuencia.
• Al final del proceso simplemente presione #. No se requiere colgar en
caso de que ocurra algún error, simplemente presione * para reiniciar.
•enSimodo
desea programar una extensión (601, 602, 603, 604) que se encuentra
Marcado de salida directa, necesitará reiniciar (presionando *) para
entrar al sistema interno y comenzar la programación.
•se Cuando la configuración haya concluido, un tono largo le indicará que
realizó con éxito y se guardó en sistema. Si escucha pequeños tonos,
entonces el sistema indica que ocurrió un error durante la configuración.
Necesita salir y reiniciar el sistema. Después de que escuche tonos largos
podrá continuar con la siguiente operación.
• Debe utilizar el comando “activar líneas telefónicas –enable C.O. lines-“
antes de utilizar el conmutador, ya que de no hacerlo, el sistema considera
que no hay líneas telefónicas y no las detectará (en la configuración
predeterminada se encuentra en estado desactivado).

3.2. Comandos básicos
3.2.1 Entrar al estado de programación de sistema

-Explicación: M: número de línea telefónica 1, 2 o 3
-Descripción: Activa una línea principal.

3.5 Mensaje
3.5.1 Grabación del mensaje
-Formato: 1 2 #
-Descripción: se usa para grabar un mensaje para el Acceso Directo
Interno al Sistema.

3.5.2 Escuchar el mensaje guardado
-Formato: 1 3 #
-Descripción: Confirma que el mensaje se haya guardado con éxito.
Si no está satisfecho con el mensaje, lo puede volver a grabar.
-Formato: 1 4 #
-Descripción: Mediante este comando se puede escuchar la música de
espera para determinar si funciona correctamente o para probar la calidad
de un teléfono.

3.7 Ajuste de Operador y Extensión Asignada
3.7.1 Asignación de Operador
-Formato: 1 5 N #
-Donde: N es el número de extensión (1-8)
-Descripción: Para asignar cualquier extensión como operador. La
configuración por defecto es que la extensión 602 es el operador.
Ejemplo: Para asignar la extensión 602 como operador

3.7.2 Asignar una extensión para que suene con una línea específica
-Formato: 3 M N 0 #
-Donde: M es el número de la línea (1-3) y N es el número de
extensión (1-8)
-Descripción: En el modo de operador cuando una llamada entre
por la línea M, sonará la extensión N.
-Ajuste preestablecido: sonarán las extensiones 601 y 602.

3.7.3 Desactivar la extensión que suena para una línea
-Formato: 3 M N 1 #
-Donde: M es el número de la línea (1-3) y N es el número de extensión
(1-8)
-Descripción: La extensión N sonará cuando haya una llama entrante
en la línea M.
-Formato: 3 M #
-Donde: M es el número de la línea (1-3)
-Descripción: Desactiva el sonido de todas las extensiones cuando hay
una llamada entrante en la línea M.
Ejemplo: Hacer que suenen las extensiones 606 y 607 cuando hay una
llamada en la línea 2.

-Formato: 1 6 1 #
-Descripción: En el modo de Auto-respuesta, si la persona que está
llamando no marca el número de extensión 5 segundos después
de que el Mensaje de salida se haya reproducido, la llamada será
transferida al operador.

3.9 Ajuste para hacer llamadas hacia el exterior
3.9.1 Asignar el modo de Marcado Indirecto para todas las
extensiones
-Formato: 2 1 #
-Descripción: Asigna el modo de Marcado Indirecto para todas las
extensiones (se debe de marcar 9 antes del número para hacer
llamadas hacia el exterior).
-Formato: 2 N 1 #
-Donde: N es el número de extensión (1-8)
-Descripción: Asigna el modo de Marcado Indirecto para todas la
extensión N (se debe de marcar 9 antes del número para hacer
llamadas hacia el exterior).

3.10 Restricción de llamadas y asignación de clases
3.10.1 Asignación de Clase de marcado para todas las
extensiones
-Formato: 4 0 L #
-Donde: L es el número de clase de marcado (0-6)
-Descripción: asigna la clase de marcado L para todas las
extensiones
L=1: sin restricción.
L=2: restricción del código de larga distancia internacional.
L=3: restricción del código de larga distancia nacional.
L=4: restricción del inicio del objeto A en llamadas salientes.
L=5: restricción del inicio del objeto B en llamadas salientes.
L=6: sólo para llamadas internas.
L=0: llamar sólo a un número especial.

con ABCD.

3.12.1 Asignación de un número especial para llamadas
externas para la clase de marcado 0

-Donde: ABCD son los números iniciales del número telefónico que
va a ser permitido. Puede ser de 1 a 4 dígitos y debe terminar con #.
P es el número de grupo (01-16)
-Descripción: permite llamar solamente a los números que empiezan
con ABCD

TT es el tiempo en minutos (dos dígitos) en que se cortará la llamada

-TT minutos. Esta función sólo afecta a las llamadas hechas hacia el
exterior.
Ejemplo: ajusta el tiempo de restricción para la extensión 604 a 8
minutos.

3.15 Codificación flexible
3.15.1 Asignar números de extensión

4. INSTRUCCIÓN DE OPERACIÓN
4.1 Llamada externa
Este sistema proporciona 3 modos de marcado.
4.1.1 Marcando 9 primero (o Marcando directamente)
- Formato: Levante el auricular y primero marque 9 después de
escuchar el tono de marcado interno, luego marque el número
deseado después de escuchar el tono de marcado de la línea
telefónica.
-Descripción: Cuando la extensión está en modo de Marcado
Indirecto, después de levantar el auricular escuchará el tono de
marcado interno. Marque 9 y después introduzca el número que
desea llamar. Podrá marcar el número deseado después de escuchar
el tono de marcado de la línea.
Ejemplo: Marcar con el número 80129876 en modo de Marcado
Indirecto.
- Formato: # 1M
- Donde: M es el número del puerto de la línea telefónica.
- Descripción: En alguna ocasión, el usuario hará una llamada
externa por una línea exclusiva y la definiremos como marcado de la
línea seleccionada. (M= 1-3)
Formato: #0
Descripción: Modo de Marcado Indirecto, le permite hacer que vuelva
a sonar la extensión cuando alguna línea se libere.

- Si hay una línea libre, la extensión sonará nuevamente en
automático durante 10 segundos, lo que le permitirá levantar el
auricular y tomar la llamada; de otro modo la llamada se cancelará.

5. Después de que A descuelgue el teléfono escuchará un mensaje
de error, esto significa que el sistema está ocupado, A puede

4.6 Marcado y Transferencia de llamada
- Formato: Descuelgue y después marque el número de extensión.
- Descripción: Esta función le deja hacer una llamada desde una extensión.
Desvíe y conecte otra extensión a la línea telefónica.

4.7 Conferencia de 3 vías (1 línea telefónica y 2 extensiones)
-Formato: Presione el botón de colgar (o presione el botón FLASH) + * + el
número de extensión.
-Descripción: Le permite agregar una extensión a una conversación y hacer
una conferencia de 3 vías. Usted puede tener sólo dos extensiones con una
línea telefónica.
1. Hay dos casos que deberán seguirse después de que una llamada es
transferida de A a B.
a) A aún no cuelga y B levanta su auricular. El modo de comunicación
A B y la línea telefónica estará establecido, quien sea que cuelgue (A o B),
el sistema transferirá la llamada externa a la otra extensión.
b) A aún no cuelga y B no le contesta a A en menos de 25 segundos. Si
la extensión B no le contesta a A en menos de 25 segundos, entonces
A restablecerá la conexión con la línea telefónica y B parará de sonar.

1. HIGHLIGHTS
The PBX 100 allows you to use three phone lines in up to 8 extensions and / or
communication between the extensions without using the phone line.
For a quick and easy installation and connection it is recommended to read the
following instructions to avoid accidentally damage the system by an improper
operation.

2.2 Security
Pay attention to the security measures before to install:
1. The PBX 100 shall be placed in a stable and well ventilated surface. Avoid
direct sun light or the flammable environments.
2. The switch should have a free space around to avoid warming.
3. Keep the switch away from other devices that produce electromagnetic noise
(like engines or transformers).
4. Do not place this device near from antennas to avoid interferences.
5. Do not place current cable in water. In case that it happens cut the electric
power immediately.
6. Do not hit or shake the PBX 100.
7. Do not install during an electrical storm.
2.3 Operation
2.3.1 Connecting lines and extensions to the unit.
Once connected the extensions, you have to connect the power input cable.
1. Use the supplied cable and connect it to the PWR input.
2. Plug in the opposite end to a power outlet.
3. Pick up the extension’s handset 601. A dialing tone indicates that the system
is properly working. You can begin with the configuration right away.

2.3.2 Direct access in case of electrical failure
The lines will be connected directly to the specials extensions automatically
when there is an electrical failure.
The line 1 will be connected to the extension 601, the line 2 to the extension
602, the line 3 to the extension 603 and so on. From the moment of the
electrical failure, you can only use the first three extensions like a normal
telephone.
For example, when somebody calls through the line number 1 during a
electrical failure, the extension 601 will begin to ring, and only can pick up
the handset from this extension.
3. SYSTEM PROGRAMMING
3.1 Before programming
• All the programming must be carried out on the extensions 601, 602, 603
or 604.
• All the extensions must have a dual telephone with multi-frequency.
• At the end of the process press #. You don’t have to hang up in case of
some error, just press * to restart.
•Direct-Dialing-Out
If you wish to program a extension (601,602,603,604) that be in
mode, you will need to restart (pressing *) to get into the
internal system and begin programming.
• When the setting has concluded, a long beep will indicate that the setting
was successful and kept in the system. If you listen shorts beeps, the system
is indicating that there is an error during configuration. You need to go out
and restart the system. After you hear long beeps you can continue with the
next operation.

You must use the command “enable lines” before to use the PBX,
if you don’t do it, the system won’t recognize a line (In the default
setting the status is disabled).

3.2. Basic commands
3.2.1 Enter into the System programming status

The PBX doesn’t have effects in the enable and disable from the lines.

You have to use these commands in accordance from the actual lines before
to use this product.
Remember that the lines in default setting always are activated, disable the
line that you don´t want use

3.3.3 Enable a main line

For default the PBX-100 has three open lines to receive calls, if
you don´t want use one please disable that to avoid lost calls.
Example, if you want to use only two lines, disable the line 3 because
the system doesn´t recognize which line is empty and will continue
sending calls.

3.4.1 Setting auto-attendant mode for all the lines

3.5 Message
3.5.1 Message recording
- Format: 1 2 #
-If the caller dials a number before that the message ends, it will stop
until the dial number completes.
-If the caller dials “0”, the operator will answer him.

- Format: 1 3 #
- Description: Confirm that the message had been saved successfully.
- If you are not satisfied with the message, you can record it again.

- Description: Through this command you can hear the holding music to check
if it works well or to probe the telephones quality.

3.8 Auto-attendant mode with no answer process
3.8.1 Cut off line
-Format: 1 6 0 #
-Explanation: In auto-attendant mode, if the caller doesn´t dial the
extension number over 5 seconds or more after hearing the mesage
the line will be cut off.
-Default setting: The line will be cut off in no dialing.
-Format: 1 6 1 #
-Explanation: In auto-attendant mode,if the caller doesn´t dial

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 External Call
This system provides 3 modes of dialing.
- Format: Lift the handset and dial 9 first after hear the internal dial
tone, then dial the desired number after hearing the dial tone
- If the extension is in Direct dial mode, lift the handset and dial the
number directly after the tone of the telephone line. This situation can
redial the last phone.

4.1.2 External Call choosing a certain line
- Format: # 1M
-Explanation: M is the port number of the telephone line.
- Description: Sometimes, you will call externally by a dedicated line
and define it as dialing selected line. (M = 1-3)
Example: Indirect Dial mode, the user wants to call over the telephone
line 3.
Format: # 0
Description: Indirect Mode Dial makes the extension ring the
extension when the line frees.

- If there is a free line, the extension will ring again for 10 seconds,
allowing you to lift the handset and take the call, otherwise the call is

4.2.2 Making an internal call in Direct Dial Mode
When the extension(s) is (are) set to ring, they will when an incoming
call is received and lift the handset and can answer the call directly. In
default mode, extension ring 601 and extension 602.

4.3.2 Answering calls in automatic mode
If the person press “0”, the operator extension will ring. If the
operator extension is busy, you can use 4.9.3 Call Forwarding function

4.4 Call waiting
Example: Extension 605 is talking to the phone line and want to transfer line
to the extension 607. Then the extension 605 can transfer the incoming call to
extension 607 by picking up the phone (or pressing the FLASH) and scoring
607, followed by Flash or hang up button.

There are 8 cases after a call is transferred from extension A to
the extension B.
1. If A still does not hang up the handset and B picks it up, the
communication between A and B will be established while the caller
is put on hold (Music mode). Whoever hangs (A or B) the system will
transfer the call to user on hold.
2. A still hangs and B does not answer within 25 seconds. A reset the
connection to the telephone line and B will stop ringing.
3. A hangs up and B answers the call; B will answer the incoming call.
4. A hangs up and B does not answer the call within 25 seconds, the
call will ring back to A again, if A does not take the call in less than 30
seconds or A is busy, the system cuts the call.
5. After picking up the phone to hear a message error, this means that
the system is busy, A can continue pressing the FLASH button until
the error message becomes does not sound anymore.
- Description: This feature lets you make a call from an extension. Divert and
connect another extension to the telephone line.
You must enter the extension number within 5 seconds after picking up
the phone (or press FLASH) and hear the internal dial tone, otherwise you will
return to phone line.

4.7 3-way conference (1 phone line and 2 extensions)
-Format: Press the switch hook (or press the FLASH button) + * + the
extension number.
Example: Extension 605 is talking to the telephone line and want to transfer
the call to extension 607. So the extension 605, 607 and the phone line can
talk at once.
2. The extension which transferred the call takes 5 seconds to dial the
required extension number. Otherwise the incoming call will return to the
original extension.
